The Odyssey 2 / Videopac Brotherhood!
Miketage replied to ScottyDont00's topic in Odyssey 2 / Videopac
I picked up my odyssey 2 at my local retro store just about two weeks ago. They have bins behind the counter of trade-ins they take in and one bin is considered "retro" and full of stuff that nobody else seems to want so they never make time to test or clean any of it up. One day I walk in and notice this gray box with a keyboard and started asking questions... A week later she came home with me and works like a champ. -

How often are the lists updated? I submitted my consoles a couple weeks ago and added my info to join the brotherhood. -

Question about using controllers for testing in Intybasic
Miketage replied to Miketage's topic in Intellivision Programming
Wound up biting the bullet and ordering the 2600-dapter D9. Since it can do so many controllers I can make good use of it with my raspberry pi. I appreciate everyone's input a lot. -

Question about using controllers for testing in Intybasic
Miketage replied to Miketage's topic in Intellivision Programming
I should've been more clear. I meant using a controller in jzintv on my pc. I figured getting an adapter would probably be the best route. -
Just starting out with intybasic and have been going through Oscars book tonight. I'm at the part discussing programming controllers and was wondering whats the best way to do so? Is everyone buying usb adapters or converting extra controllers? At the risk of probably missing an existing thread I just wanted to ask.

Thanks! I found the shelving at Home Depot. 40 bucks a piece and potentially space for 9 consoles on one if you wanted.

They're all hooked up power wise but for now I switch out av or rf connections as needed. Planning on getting a couple av switch boxes at some point in the future. The Master System was my first console as a kid probably my favorite over all.

Wonder Boy clone for Intellivision
Miketage replied to Kai_Magazine's topic in Intellivision / Aquarius
That's great! Big fan of the series too. I'm excited to see what Intybasic is capable of, I'm getting Oscar's book this weekend I can't wait to dive into it.
