I was never able to get Jiff to work myself on mine (screen just blips and shuts off) but SkunkGUI works like a charm. You mentioned the cable, definitely try a different one if you have one, they use the same ones as a GoPro if you have one of those. Also definitely suggest a USB hub, that sped the hell out of mine made it work twice as fast when flashing the skunk. I put some notes about that in the skunk thread last year with screen shots of the times on my phone showing how fast it would flash the 2mb and the 4mb. This is true. It is supposed to make you drift better but if you hold them for over a second you just spin out. Lame!

If it is I would like to know. I have a rom of it but when I flash it the game just boots to a black/dark blue screen and the game itself will not load. Someone once told me it needed a "header" but how to ad something like that I don't know. The rom I have for Battlesphere is the same way, will not load either just boots to a dark screen and that is it. But there are repros of Battlesphere out there so maybe there is a different rom that actually works or they ad in that "header" and if that's the case then maybe adding that header to the Another World rom would get it to work. Unless they will only work when burned on the cart vs flashed to the skunk. I'm actually clueless from this point tho.

I'll tell you what, so you don't have to buy 2 of them and be stuck with 3 Pro Controllers, I'll buy the 2 repro set and then trade you one of them for that US Jack Bros. How about that. Problem solved!

I added them to the system folder when it wouldn't work in 2 other folders (one on the internal phone storage and the other on the SD card storage) Weird thing is the Retroarch folder itself is fairly basic on the phone, there aren't any "core" folders to show what cores were downloaded for me to see what is inside of them. Again this is odd since all the other systems I have tried on it work just fine.

it is "system" but there are no other folders inside of it, it's blank, none of the cores are there but I added the BIOS in there and then all roms both unzipped and zipped to that same system folder and its the same "failed to load" I don;t have any issues with Sega Game Gear, Lynx, Virtual Boy, or jaguar. Just the Odyssey one not wanting to load.

So there was a supposed sequel or there is one on the way possibly for the Jag CD? I still have trouble with this game from time to time when I play. I find Fever Pitch Soccer to be much easier to score on. I finally did score a goal in Sensible Soccer and actually took a 1-0 lead but then got smoked 5 goals by the other team after that and lost. It's just too hard for me! I think after I posted about this on the AJF page on Facebook someone sent in a screen shot of winning with like 33 goals! I struggle just to score 1 goal haha!

I am likely just an idiot or doing something wrong but I have downloaded an entire romset, found the bios called o2rom.bin and downloaded the Odyssey emulator on retroarch on my phone and anytime I click any of the roms it said in yellow "gfailed to load content". I plugged my phone into my laptop and then found the Retroarch folder, clicked it and there is one called Systems, so I opened it and it was blank, I put the bios o2rom.bin in that folder and then tried loading the games from the phone and still says "failed to load" am I missing something in those steps?

Wow very cool to see the video! I have watched another video by the same guy that he talks more specifically about the 233 in 1 model. I would still love to get one if someone has one for sale. Hoping to find one out there or that Packrat starts the new revision he mentions on his site of them. His site says TBA-2018 but it looks like he is backlogged with a lot of projects.

I would say the same with cheese. None of that flabby plastic American cheese crap by Kraft that comes in plastic wrap. Over in the UK do that have what we call "American" cheese? Here that refers to flabby plastic wrapped nasty ass cheese slices that are typically found on cheap burners from places like McDonalds. I;m actually curious if they have that in the UK and what they call it actually

I know this isn't the marketplace but in the actual Odyssey section I wanted to test the waters on this one. I emailed the guy that was making them about 2 months ago and haven;t heard anything. I read up that they are not making them anymore but that he might be making an updated/revised one. I was checking if anyone has one of these for sale out here in the group. I have seen pics of what it looks like and would absolutely love to have one of these!

I played the first Iron Angel game, it took around 6 hours or so to beat it. I found it pretty fun. There are some differences in the second one like unlimited ammo but can be recharged at the station if I remember correct. The second one was pretty hard in the final stages getting to the final boss. But I think I beat that one in maybe 4 hours. The most time I've spent playing any game on the 3DO was with these 2 games. I enjoyed them

My son enjoyed that. He loves Baby Shark and also thought I was going to play a game (I give him an unplugged controller everytime I sit to play anything so he can pretend). I definitely was not expecting this exactly, kind of like the blackout2.rom I found and tried last night that wasn't actually BlackOut! game but actually a dancing Spiderman character with the Spiderman theme song (which he also absolutely loved since he likes Spiderman)

Ah man poor Mad Bodies gets so much hate. I actually really enjoy that one except it's super hard and I can't get past the first boss. Back on the Jagzombies topic I decided to play the abs and the ROM last night of the demo from I believe last year (October or December) and I found it quite fun. If that's what you guys were playing and had feedback to give I guess I noticed some stuff that probably was already mentioned in here but now having played it I can see what the fuss was about. The hit detection seemed off, you can't aim directly at the head or body of the zombie and expect it to kill them, it's only when the crosshair turns red that the shot works and sometimes that crosshair turns red when it's not even hitting the zombie, more like off to the side. Then I noticed everytime I would hit reload the male zombie on the left would always reset itself. I don't know what bats flying into the ground people were talking about, perhaps they had a different rom version that had extra levels done on it. The one I found on here was back further in the thread and it only had 1 level. Overall the graphics we're pretty cool and a shooter for the Jag like this is great. Once polished it will be pretty awesome. But even at the state I played it in it was still quite fun.

I'd have been fine if the Nintendo ROMs were shut down. I hate to see PlayStation, PSP, Saturn, Dreamcast, Game gear, and 3DO shut down as those are the ones I downloaded to try out.

I wouldn't bash on them myself. I can't make shit for games. I wish I knew how. Frogz and Fast Food are fun to me. I'm still hoping your Sunset Riders game and the space ship one come out. Once Jagzombies is back up and fixed up I'll definitely need to get me a CD of it!

I like the Fast Food 64 and Frogz CDs. I got them on the black Friday special last year for $10/each and didn't even have a Jag CD at the time to play them on.

if you are in Europe as you say and SCART is common then go for the SCART. I have never been able to experience SCART as I'd need to get the cable and an SCART adapter since we dont have SCARt here in the USA. I have used composite to HDMI adapter on a 65 inch plasma and it looked pretty awesome. (tried that with my Jaguar and Saturn but need to try it with my Dreamcast and 3DO). otherwise I have tried 3 different svideo cables for the Jaguar with a Sony Trinitron XBR CRT and it looks pretty nice and crisp with nice dark spots but I get checkerboarding on all of the systems (Jaguar, Saturn, Dreamcast, 3DO, Playstation1) and that pisses me off. Composite looks decent but more blurry around the edges vs the crispness of the svideo but it doesn;t have checkerboard which is a beneficial trade-off
