  1. Just received my email from Hyperkin support with an RA form I needed to complete to start the replacement process. Already sent the form back. Will update once I am informed of the next steps. Looking forward to seeing if this "Trooper" joystick they just released does indeed out perform the original faulty units.

  2. Another update: Contacted Hyperkin regarding my replacement. They responded quickly and stated that the shipment for replacements was delayed another 2 weeks, but that they will send confirmation when they ship out.

Would be nice to finally have a working Hyperkin joystick since I did pay for a working unit. Currently using a TAC-2, but still "want" what I paid for.

  3. My two tablets came with one plastic overlay, and while it's in one piece, it's more a frosted look at this point rather than transparent. I haven't been using it, but then I haven't been using the tablet much yet either. I was planning on getting some of my own plastic sheeting and use the old overlay as a template. Below is the one I'm using and the overlay.

Brad at Best sells these replacements individually. Can't recall how much they were, but I contacted him last year and ordered two.

  4. Selling an extra and complete Atari 2600 Junior with a Harmony Micro-SD Cartridge from my collection.

Comes in original serial matching box with joystick, power supply, RF switch, RF cable, owners manual AND a Harmony Micro-SD cartridge. The unit is in like new condition and works flawlessly. The box has been "repaired" with tape by previous owner, but is complete. Sold as is.

  5. Selling these two units. I am not a Magnavox collector and would like them to go to someone who can appreciate them more than I can.

First unit is very clean, comes in the original box with power supply, The Voice module and 8 cartridges (CIB). This unit has the joystick controllers attached and are not removable. The unit is in good working order and all of the games work. Unfortunately, I am not familiar with these, so I am not able to verify if The Voice module is actually working or not. The Voice module is scratched up. Being sold as.

Second unit needs some TLC and comes in original box with power supply and RF switch module. The power supply does not work (makes buzzing noise, but no power to unit), but the unit does work as can be seen in pictures (tested with universal supply). The joystick controllers are separate from the unit with standard 9-pin ports. Nothing else comes with this unit. Being sold as is.

  6. Selling an extra Video Pinball by ATARI from my collection.

It comes with the original box and is in overall good condition. Very clean unit. As can be seen in pictures, the RF cable has been "repaired" by previous owner(s). I'd recommend replacing it, but unit still works fine as is. There is no power supply included (never did come with one when new) and it will operate with batteries OR a standard ATARI VCS/2600 power supply.

Please note: The unit has a built in speaker. You are to mute your TVs volume with this unit or you will get static sound from TV. That is how this works and is not an issue.

  7. I regret letting my brother take the 2600 and games. I ended up with the 800XL and TI-99/4A which were both mine technically since new, but the 2600 was a x-mas gift to both of us.

Why do I regret it? He has NO idea where it is now. Thinks it's in the attic or the basement or he might have sold it at a garage sale or blah blah blah. We had a HUGE collection of cartridges and I made sure I kept all the boxes and manuals even at that age.

Maybe some day he finds it, maybe some day he doesn't...
