It does have a prototype doesn't it? Those latest pics aren't renders and you can see the UI on the monitor.

I really enjoyed it but the later levels became unplayable for me because the frame rate just ground to a halt on the jag version.

Thats what I was thinking. Though maybe it's part of the Atari charm . The ST connectors were a nightmare! I guess the gamepads will be wireless though..
