As long as someone will make me one they can have the copyright. Just imagine something like a Playchoice 50 or 100 model even.

That demo unit got me thinking. Has anyone ever tried to make a multi cart brain of sorts for any system? I know they sold Atari Game Brains, but I was wondering if someone ever took like a hundred new NES pins and made like a massive game storage/demo-type unit.

OK, so I've finally got things rolling with the layout designer, but my roms contain none of the date and company or game description info. I have them displayed they just aren't getting any data. How do I remedy this? Is there a program to update the rom or is the info there and I'm not passing it or what?

Is that a good or a bad ? I'll probably end up getting them either way just because I don't have them yet and I like collecting different peripherals. -

The keypad controllers are actually the Atari Video Touchpads. Thanks to the joystick thread in the Marketplace forum. -

They do accept returns. Too bad I don't have an intellivision to try it out with. -
I stumbled across a classic gaming booth at one of my local flee markets today and was wondering if these prices were decent? I was also very tempted to get the Intellivision loos carts for a buck a pop despite not having an intellivision, but was wondering if anyone knew of an online rarity guide. Atari Keypad pair $6 Intellivision Voice Synthesizer $10 He also had Pac-Man for the 5200 and my god those carts are huge! I've heard stories of how big the 5200 is, but I've never seen one in person.

3DO, XBOX, Saturn, Power Pad & Flight Controller Boxes F

Cleaning Out My Closet...Hey that could be a song. Nahhh... -
I have the following boxes available. I know it's nothing too exciting, but I'm not a system and controller box collector so it's either this or they go in the trash next Monday. I'll trade them for any games not in my collection. Nintendo Power Pad box (White with Blue Ink). A little flattened but no rips. Sega Saturn box with inserts (with Virtual Fighter version). Good condition with minor wear. 3DO FZ-10 box with styrofoam inserts. Minor wear, but the serial number has been cut out. 3DO Flightstick box. Good condition with minor wear. Microsoft Xbox box with styrofoam and plastic inserts (with Jet Set Radio/Sega GT version). Good condition with minor wear.

I think the blood type question was a common thing for the asian market. Something to do with same types of principles as the date you were born determining your astrological sign or something.

Mario in another game! This time, he's gonna DANCE!
crveatch replied to bruser_inc's topic in Modern Console Discussion
Nintendo should come out with a device that replaces the main character of different games with Mario. Mario Halo anyone? My wife loves Mario and DDR.. I can't wait to get this! Hmmm, never really thought about it, but what's not appealing about a living room full of college girls shaking their booty. If Mario can make it happen he will officially be the pimp daddy of all video game characters. -

I say you go Mario. I mean what the hell? You don't have to buy the game if you hate Mario and/or hate dancing games. So what's the big deal? And IMO It's a great move by Nintendo. The people who hate Mario and Dancing games won't by it. That's what awhole vocal two of you here? Don't get me wrong. I'm sure there's alot of you, but there's alot more kids out there for whom Mario is only as old as the Game Cube that aren't skivvy to the relatively newer and lesser known dance genre. This will at least bring it too their attention. Plus as mentioned by someone else, the women love Mario. They may not even like video games, but that memory of having fun with SMB1, 2, or 3 makes a synapsis fire off in their brain that makes them eager to play it. For example my wife never plays video games unless it's SMB 1, 2, 3, Dr. Mario, a form of Mario Kart or Mario Party. She even wants in on Super Smash Bros from time to time. -
When you think of the 80s
crveatch replied to sandmountainslim's topic in Classic Console Discussion
Short answer... Both Long answer... I had a 2600 Jr. from as far back as I can remember in 83 when I was 3. I spent most of my time on defender and space invaders. But when my dad got home from work we'd throw down on some football and realsports tennis. I can still remember one Saturday trading off on Pac-man till we finally got to level 99. My dad went through so many broken joysticks. I wish I still had them all just to see how many he broke. Had to be over ten though. So 2600 is totally my early 80's nastalgic console. But then in 86 I started school and spending the night with friends and discovered the almost non-blocky graphics and more complex games of the NES. So the late 80's is filled with memories of hitting up Phillips 66 for a pizza and some games then off to a friends house for an all niter. About as complicated as my dad got was Major League Baseball. -
I used the same cords and swapped out the fz10 for my fz1 and it worked fine. It looks like it does when I have two in signals going at the same time only I don't. Can I use rubbing alcohol to clean the connectors?

Nope, none in all of NYC.javascript:emoticon(';)') Wink Some one answer this fellow. I'll be there in 5 months and plan on hitting up every place I can while it's still summer. -
I just purchased a 3DO FZ-10 from an auction describing it in box, great condition. Well, it was in box, but when I plugged it in using the rca outs the picture was faint. It was like there was no white layer of color. The 3DO emblem is all grey and the picture dark. Any guesses as to what may be causing this and what I could do to fix it?

So my Dreamcast has decided to stop spinning discs when I want to play them so this causes a problem for me. Someone tell me there's a quick, easy, well-documented fix for this...Please?

How do you catalog your collections?
crveatch replied to dvdguy's topic in Classic Console Discussion
I use Game Trading Zone. It's quick and easy to list all my stuff, plus I do most of my trading through this page than any other. I tried IGN, but it's just so damn tedious to enter things. The only drawback to GTZ is the subscription, but it's worth it to me to be able to quickly and easily find who has what you want and wants what you have.[/url]
