  1. Sorry can be of no help, but I was just wondering... Did Sega ever come out with a Sega CD Model 3 to correspond with the Model 3 Genesis or did Model 2 fit it?
  2. I just traded a copy of Castlevania for a couple of NES games and one of them was Deathbots. Inside the instruction booklet it has the following procedure telling you how to mod your Nintendo so that American Video Entertainment games will run on it. So is this a bootleg game? Does the R18 thing check for region or just copyright?
  3. Man, I my earliest memory involves sitting on shag carpet hunched over a Q*bert one of these. I've always wondered what happened to that thing.
  4. I've always wanted one of these just for the gimickry of it and because it's life span was so short and it seems it would be very easy to complete a collection for it. I was just wondering for those of you who have it, is it going to end up just a shelf piece or are some of the games actually entertaining and worth having?
  5. No but I have an unopened copy I got from eBay for $4. No if I only had a 3DO. I'll have to remedy that soon. That's one of the last consoles I once owned that I now need to get back.
  6. Legend of Prince Valiant Is that based on the cartoon that used to be on television?
  7. funny story. when i was 9 or so and sick at home from school, my grandma was taking care of me and we beat streets of rage on our first time through. ok maybe it was our second, but still I was amused to no end to be able to say to my friends, "Man, you can't beat that game. My GRANDMA can beat that game." and actually mean it. She sucked at 3 though. Anyway carry on. Ahhh memories.
  8. damn why do my local thrift stores suck so much? and kudos on the name and avatar nester as well as the saturn. I used to love that portion of np.
  9. I'm going to have to get that game now. I loved the 7th Guest. It was my first cd-rom game and I remember it being just too damn spooky to play alone at night. Does anyone know of a system that had a good port of it and maybe it's sequel the 11th hour? Never got to play that one. And someone asked about finding Sega CD games locally... My local Slackers carries quite a few. I got like 10 of them for a buck a piece complete, although quite a few cracks. And they know what games are rare though and overpice them accordingly.
