So far i have 41 carts and counting...
According to my Cart Commander file, I have 1,134. But I think I have more than that.

Cart Commander file? What? WHo? Where? How?
Cart Commander is that creepy little military midget geek we keep locked in the basement and force to keep count of our cartridges.
. . .err, wait - maybe that's just me. He's probably talking about this.

The white label Frogs 'n' Flies is worse than tricky - I've been looking for three years and have yet to see one.
-
A tad heavy on the shipping, don'cha think?
-
I'm a label variation man, so boxes are just in the way.

I've seen some real 2600s on ebay that looked a lot like this.

I don't display mine - they're in plastic drawer units, and yes, I bag the really rare ones.

I should call it Unknown Game (Men-A-Vision), but then again: Air Raid is already a well known, almost legendary name by now, so I leave it this way.So how did it come to be known as Air Raid?

What about gray labels? How tough are they to remove? These often come off relatively easy with a heat gun. However, these are often later games from Atari and thus in the "cheaper" cartridge shells they produced later. If they are the carts with the two holes under the main label (at the end where the cart is inserted into the system) I am not interested in those as it's too easy for the label to become indented over these holes.

So is that to say that gray labels with a sliding dustcover (not the open ended style) would be ok?

Those labels are awesome!

You'd likely have to dump shields, up/down aiming, and forward/reverse movement on the pad in order to make it work with one stick. Wouldn't be fun if you took all that out, IMO.
Nice mockup, btw!
