  1. From the look of those labels, Jordy's game cleaner = dishwasher.
  2. Quest Software folded not too long after Legend of Blacksilver came out. I never got into Questron, but LoTA & Blacksilver were outstanding!
  3. I bought it. I made him an offer some time ago - less than his last asking price.
  4. Yup, I was going to say Phoenix as well.
  5. Mindscape Powerplayer - I still use it. Honorable mention for the 500xj & TAC-2
  6. I'd say there are plenty of label variants yet to pop up - especially Sears.
  7. But it does interest some American collectors. If you're in it for the label variations like I am, obtaining every strange PAL version is a black pit of despair . . . . but one worth exploring.
  8. PAL cartridges are great! (although the sheer number of them scares the hell outta me ) It won't be much longer where they'll probably be the entire focus of my buying. Besides, it's pretty cool getting stuff in the mail from all over the world, especially when the seller packs with local newspapers - I get a kick out of those!
  9. In my experience, it's very rare for an original, locking style dustcover Atari cart not to work on the first try - they're extremely bulletproof. The open designs from later Atari releases and virtually all third party companies usually require cleaning or at least multiple plug-ins. One thing you gotta say about Atari is that their original consoles & cartridges were really built to take a beating.
  10. You'd likely have to dump shields, up/down aiming, and forward/reverse movement on the pad in order to make it work with one stick. Wouldn't be fun if you took all that out, IMO. Nice mockup, btw!
  11. Controls would be impossible.
  12. According to my Cart Commander file, I have 1,134. But I think I have more than that. Cart Commander file? What? WHo? Where? How? Cart Commander is that creepy little military midget geek we keep locked in the basement and force to keep count of our cartridges. . . .err, wait - maybe that's just me. He's probably talking about this.
  13. The white label Frogs 'n' Flies is worse than tricky - I've been looking for three years and have yet to see one.
  14. A tad heavy on the shipping, don'cha think?
  15. I'm a label variation man, so boxes are just in the way.
  16. I've seen some real 2600s on ebay that looked a lot like this.
  17. Went a lot cheaper than I thought.
  18. I have that PDA here at work and that motherboard is in my rig at home. Both are top notch stuff, folks!
