The part #'s are what's in question - those are unreadable. Also, the question about Gunslinger is the color of the end label text.

. . . or bring enough for everyone next time.

Yeah, I know it's an old list - I have a ton that aren't listed there. Still, if they were put up at one point, they either exist or were a typo at that time. I figure the question marks are on the list were because they were uncertain if there was a "6-" prefix on the label or not or not. And I'm betting the Math variation does exist, as there are several other examples of that prefix added to an existing number. The blackjack, however, is a completely different number, and therefore has me stumped. Anyway, thanks for the confirmation on the Space Combat!

There are some strange Sears labels listed in the BLOLV that I was wondering if anyone here could confirm the existence of: Backgammon text ?-99848 Blackjack picture 49-75181 Math text 6-99808 Space Combat text 99803 Superman text ?-99845 Video Chess text ?-99817 I'm pretty much done with all known Sears variations, save these and a couple more. If they're just mistakes in the list, I'd like to know so I can stop pulling my hair out looking for them!

Has anyone ever paid alot for a 2600 game only to
crunchysuperman replied to kyle's topic in Atari 2600
I guess that could be an advantage to living in the boonies - there is no finding stuff like that in the wild here! All I've ever seen locally are some flea markets selling 2600 commons in the $5-$10 range. It's online or nothing for me. -

How is that Ebay's fault?

Won a cheap auction for one cartridge a little while back. Got it in the mail today and what did I find stuck to the inside of the manual? One of those little joystick hex disks from an original sixer - and a Sears one at that! And I never get lucky with such stuff! Muwaahaahaa!!

Dude is out of his mind! $110 for a 4-switch? And not even a single picture either! I sold a lot some time back three times that size that went for less than half that starting price, and I was surprised it went as high as it did. If anybody pays his price for that lot they deserve to be taken!

The 49-75602 pic label is pretty easy to find. The BLoLV shows there's also a 49-75181 pic label - try to find that one and say it was easy to come by! I sure as hell have never seen one.

I'm still looking for a pic of the '86 Atari Corp Star Raiders re-release. The BLOLV shows that it exists, but I've never seen one or know of anyone who has. Anybody reading this got one to scan?

The Top Secret! reference is only partially correct. While a Pac-Man reference at the train station map does exist, it's not in any way based on Atari's lame version.

Sears Superman Picture Label on eBay
crunchysuperman replied to froggger2's topic in Auction Central
Nice score, Jay! Your label is definately in better condition than mine. I was all nice & satisfied that I had all the Sears picture labels, and then the possibility of Tank-Plus & Target Fun had to pop up. Doubtful they'll ever surface (if they exist at all) but you never know. -

Need a little help (7800 mod rom dump)
crunchysuperman replied to crunchysuperman's topic in Atari 2600
Well, I figured it would belong here, as it's a common method of building a 2600 rom dumper. -
So I'm modding my 7800 to dump roms, following the instructions in the DEVKIT.ZIP file located here. Everything's going fine, but there's some info left out of the instructions when I get to here: 5) Take the 74LS04 chip and bend up all but the four "corner" pins (1, 7, 8, and 14). Piggyback it over the 74AHCT08 or 74LS08 chip which is just above the biggest chip on the board. Solder down pins 1, 7, and Now bend up pin 8. 6) Strip off the other end of the wire wrap wire and wrap the end around pin 2 of the 74LS04. Before putting it on the 74LS04, thread There is no further mention of pin 14 anywhere, so is it also soldered down, or bent back up? The way it looks, I'm assuming that last sentence in step 5 was supposed to read Solder down pins 1, 7, and 14. Now bend up pin 8. So, if somebody here who has done this already could chime in and set me straight, I'd appreciate it.

Yes, I have Space Attack in both M-network & INTV. Actually, I didn't have any trouble at all finding that one in white - and I've seen several on Ebay since. The two I listed are the only ones I still lack in the white label.
-
You'd think these wouldn't be all that tough to find, but they continue to elude me. Skiing (Activision blue) Armor Ambush (INTV white) Frogs & Flies (INTV white) All NTSC - loose is fine. Thanks.

No, I've got several re-releases with sliding covers.
