Hello All, I recently picked up the PSone game Activision Classics and to my surprise it has Atlantis on it, I know Atlantis was an Imagic game so my question is why is it on a disc by Activision? Probably a simple answer but I am missing it. SMS

I have never played Pitfall 2 though I would like to own it, it just seems to be a hard one to find in my neck of the woods but I have faith I will run up on it sooner or later.

I heard where attaching a game genie to NES games would make the console work more reliably so I bought a Game Genie and that seems to be the case, question is I would like to put the Genie inside the NES permanantly and was wondering if it would work to cut the plastic grip/pull piece off of the Genie and just stick it inside the machine or does the plastic pull piece have something to do with why or how the Genie works, any info appreciated SMS

Yip, got my Vader 2600 for my birthday in Sept. of 82 and it still works as good as the day I tore the box open, lost my original NES but still have my SNES, Genesis PSone and PStwo

Its been a good week for me so far, saturday I got Beamrider at a flea mkt for two bucks and this morning I picked up Frogger 2 at a pawn shop for one dollar, PLEASE LET THIS CONTINUE!!

Yeah, works like a charm, it didnt come with controllers or a power supply but I saved those when I chunked my NES yesterday morning so I am set up and OK as far as the NES goes.... but still a liar though, I should have asked the lady to give it to me for free

Picked up Activisions Beamrider at a flea mkt yesterday for two bucks and talk about an outstanding game! Dont know how but I never heard of this one when I was a kid and didnt know anyone who owned it but after playing it for an hour or so I dont know why it wasnt one of the most popular games out there, excellent graphics and the gameplay is fast and furious, if ya dont have this one buy it! Other than the change to the top loader in 93 were there any other changes to the NES cosmetic or otherwise? Didnt know if there were any ways to date one or not, any info appreciated. SMS

Thanks for the tips, I tried em and the POS still doesnt work for more than five minutes at a time, it is going in the dumpster come the morrow, I shall never pay for a front loading NES again, I will pay up to ten dollars for a top loader if in perfect shape or will accept working front loaders if they are free LONG LIVE THE VCS!!!!

I am almost ready to slam the fargin icehole against the wall, Atari VCS works everytime, PStwo works everytime SNES works everytime even the friggin Sega works everytime, I love the NES games but the machines must have been designed by a moron.

I have heard of the blinking blue screen of death effect of the NES but has anyone saw one that blinks red? That is what mine does nine time out of ten when I hit the power just a red blinking screen, any ideas what causes this or how it could be fixed? Oh yeah it does eventually work after a good beating/cursing. SMS

I have to practically BEAT my NES into submission when I wanna play maybe its from the carts being left in it.

Yeah I love the original Venture but it could be better, I will probably buy Venture 2. Wolfenstein? never heard of that one I shall do a AA search on it, if its coming out on cartridge I will probably want it.

Is this project still in the works? I hope so would really like to buy this one, whatcha say Thomas?

When finished will this be called Venture 3? I have been planning on buying Venture 2 from the AA store but as I understand it it has only two levels like the Coleco version, maybe I shall wait on this one to be released on cartridge. SMS
