Nice picture of all the boxed games.I have had very bad luck buying copies of m-network games in "un-smashed" boxes. Are these the cheapest boxes that were made in the classic era or what?

Just as a precaution, if the candy and cookies are as old as the Sears manual, do not eat them.

-
I'd buy one, especially if offered thru the AA store.

Did I forget to mention I'm not destroying these carts? I'm not a villain here. They are just some extra's lying around now and they are good for this project I'm working on. They are still working and they will in the future be used again. The image I got in my brain from this quote is a game plugged into an atari unit working just fine, but the cart is also glued and is part of a lamp.(which also works just fine for when you need more light to read those manuals)

Here is your chance to own one at an all in one price shipped right to your house*. *Some areas are not available to ship to residential but we will get it as close to your door as possible. Offer only good in the 48 states.weird...
The seller is from Florida.Maybe they are waiting for another hurricane to blow it somewhere near where you live?
That is a cool cockpit version--never played it--only the upright.

I've got a 2600,odyssey 2,5200, and just threw away my old apple2+ and all it's stuff(just got sick of moving it around--and it was only worth about $100 on ebay)

Yeah, blame it on the online auctions, or the lack of alcohol("dry" means no alcohol is available, in the US).
-
The article states that this was made around 1984.Just another idea killed by Tramiel;could not get the unit price below $500...
A lot of tech stuff is 25 to 30 years in the making before consumers ever see it.Cool idea though;Atari on the airwaves.

Those label variation lists are insane!I have collected a lot of loose cartridge titles, without worrying about all the little differences.I just don't have the time or money to deal with these lists.
Since I have worked in manufacturing ,I can see how companies get all these 'variations'.I have read blueprints that go from rev. A all the way to rev. S,so it is nothing new.
I will check your website every so often, since it is under construction now.

Maybe we should make an ET Burial Recovery Team and have a road trip every spring to NM and randomly dig holes in the desert until those carts are found.(It would make a good excuse to get outside and drink beer, anyway)

Section 4 lists everything that came with the original Odyssey system

My collection would not look too impressive, since it is all boxed up and ready to move into my new place in two months.Once I get it all organized again I'll post pics.

A boxed unit was just listed tonight, as a matter of fact! Now, does anyone have The Official Frogger FS/T?! Or Fireball, for that matter?
I got my copy of The Official Frogger from someone here at AA; not ebay--still had to pay a bit though...

A comedy... how about Python's In Quest Of The Holy Grail....an Adventure type game.Maybe LOTR can be hacked into to make this one.

There are some good reference images of it here:Thanks for the link--just proves that the Atari 2600 had the most joysticks and 'add-ons' than any other game system.I only have a few of the items listed there and do not have the room for the rest!

Anybody going to be selling 5200 paddle controllers? I have a bad 5200 controller or two I could probably donate.Tempest
I'll second that; just had four regular controllers fixed up a while back.Paddle controllers would finish off Castle Crisis perfectly!Gotta try the game on my four port system next....

Nice boxed collection! All I need is a boxed copy of Tunnel Runner, and now the 'stick stand'

I have downloaded the new version and all it does is open a small box that says"version 2.12".I have it loaded into a Windows 98,anyone else get it to work for W98?

I would like to see a (good) Lunar Lander made for the 2600.There is a new homebrew for the Odyssey 2 coming out soon, that is a Lunar Lander clone. How dare the O2 get this game before the 2600!

It's in the cards for Nolan Bushnell
