One thing I like about 3D scanning and printing: it can be used to make replacement CRTs. How come I'm the only person who has thought of that?

  8. I installed it and never got the time to learn the language scence I was busy with Q-Basic at the time.
  9. Just wondering scence I saw that all supercharger games were programed on a Apple II.

  14. This may seem like a stupid question, but is it possable to use Supercharger roms on the Harmony flash cart?
  15. Might as well get one before the price goes up. Do you have a link to a site that shows the history of the price or value.
  16. I wish the creator of steel-a-sketch did'int have to stop making copies, but still impressive. Someone should make a demoscene using the capability of the Supercharger.
  17. I'm planing on hunting down a Supercharger after I get Chase the Chuck Wagon, but that will be hard to do.
  18. I'm wondering if there will be any homebrew for this add-on, and can you play original 2600 roms on this if you make the rom an audio file?
  19. I just bought Surround(text label, not sure if numbered or not) and Space Invaders (Tele-Tale Games, CIB)

    1. teh_supar_hackr

      teh_supar_hackr

I'm planing on getting Squeeze Box next (CIB if I can) I found a CIB copy for $14, is that lucky to find it that price?

  20. I'm sure no one will read this, but I'm planing on getting Surround for my 2600.

The first snake game was BLOCKADE, I believe, in 1976 by Gremlin (Sega). The art mode of SURROUND is fun-- I need to get back to it for the Surround Artwork thread.

There seem to have been lots of snake games in the late 70s: a Midway game called "Checkmate" seems to have been a direct inspiration for Snafu on the Intellivision and Aquarius:
