I was expecting a job offer today, instead I got a phone call saying they're pushing that off until Monday. Apparently they need the weekend to think about it. That can't be a good sign...
My fave writer said he always assumed he'd never be hired and that if he did get the job he would assume he'd be canned or laid off quickly, so it took the pressure off and made him likable. So he usually got hired, and he'd be promoted because he was nice and laid back.
