How do I shut off email notifications? I prefer the old notifications up at the top of the forum.

  There are still notifications at the top of the forum. You have full control over notifications you receiver over email here: https://atariage.com/forums/notifications/options/
  
  You can get to this by clicking the Notifications icon at the top-right corner of the page, and then clicking the "Notifications Options" link.
