I've been self quarantined since last march, and now I'm coming down with a cold. o_O.

  That sucks! On the plus side, someone I work with got a cold and it only lasted a day! So it might be a real lightweight cold. Fluids, vitamins, and sleep might do the trick and knock it out fast!

2. Random Terrain
  
  I've been taking Zinc and Quercetin the past few months in the hopes that they might help me avoid random sicknesses. Haven't gotten sick so far, but it might be a coincidence. (I also take D3, C, and other stuff.)
