  1. I don't know for sure but the fact that the led on the controller and the receiver stay solid tells me the connection is kept up at least, right?
  2. 1. Yes it does. I've set my option so that it asks every time wether or not i want to save since I don't want it to reset my game everytime i go to the menu and it saves. Save ingame Go back to menu Click yes when it asks you to backup save ram 2. The NES30 controller i got with my NT Mini seems to be broken in some way. After some time of use it will start massively lagging. Like +1 Second of input lag. So maybe try using another controller if you're using the one it came with. My old FC30 I bought myself for example works without any issues.
  3. Wow, thanks for the list, i definitely missed that first post there. Kind of weird how you had trouble with so many of your devices while some seem to just have gone out, buy one and ended up being lucky. If i got everything right we do know what the problem is with the communication between the Nt Mini and the RAM adapter but it seems that some devices aren't prone to it and we don't exactly know how to tell which ones will or will not work?
  4. Sorry for double posting but I can't edit my previous post anymore. Anyways, color me surprised. I was actually wrong in assuming it'd be the old BIOS. The next photo isn't mine but this is what mine looks like on the inside. From what I've seen, there also seems to be one with 1 big D-RAM instead of 4 small ones, though I'm not sure if that has anything to do with compatibility with the Nt Mini:
  5. Pretty sure it's the older one though since the PCB also still has the individual chips that later got combined into a single Nintendo branded one in newer models. I'll check to make sure though once I get home.
  6. Thank you, I knew someone mentioned it ages ago but wasn't sure if Kevtris saw it and I couldn't find the exact page anymore. Really hope this and the broken PAL composite will get fixed in the future.
  7. So I've finally received my RAM adapter today and wanted to try it out with this: http://magicwildcard.com/ which is basically a microSD version of the FDS Stick. The RAM adapter itself works fine, as does the Magic Wild Card since both loaded without issues on two different AV Famicom consoles. However, when trying to use them on the NT Mini on the other hand, i'm getting this: I guess I got unlucky and picked one of the revisions that doesn't play nicely with the NT Mini... Anyone got any other ideas on what the problem could be? Also, mine is one of the ealier models of RAM adapters with a smooth top shell. For anyone who has one and an Nt Mini without issues, what kind do you have? Are Analogue / Kevtris aware of this? Have they said anything about maybe fixing it in the future? I know Kevtris is busy right now and I'm not trying to push for an update immediate but a fix sometime in the future would be appreciated.
  8. You could also use my pattern creator to make a pattern with just one specific color if none of the premade patterns contain the tone you want. I've actually just made some small additions to improve on it. -I accidentally limited the number of frames for one entry to be at least 16. I removed this -Added a clear button -While having an entry selected with mouse1 you can press ctrl+c to copy an entry or ctrl+shit+c to add an entry to the list of copied entry. Use ctrl+v to paste one or multiple copied entries. Ctrl+x clears the list of copied entries http://infine.st/Download/Analogue_PAT_CREATOR.rar https://www.virustotal.com/de/file/5ee508dc9e25f21d4fe72d2b71fd176ade7d81109e247c60497fec701cda7915/analysis/1521932073/
  9. I don't know of any others besides these: http://atariage.com/forums/topic/242970-fpga-based-videogame-system/page-367?do=findComment&comment=3978645 http://atariage.com/forums/topic/242970-fpga-based-videogame-system/page-367?do=findComment&comment=3979176(Contains my example patterns besides the program itself)
  10. Well, it's thrown together in a haste but the application works well enough for me as it is right now so I'm not gonna invest any more time into it. Here's how the interface is looks: Works simple enough. Choose a duration, click "Add new key", choose a color and confirm to add a new key frame. Color of a key frame can be changed by double clicking an entry. Double right click to delete an entry. Clicking on an entry with the middle mouse button changes the length of it to the number currently entered into the duration field. Drag and drop entries to change the order. The "Blend" checkbox decides whether or not the color will be blended into the next one in it's duration. The .pat file can be saved by clicking "Export" https://www.virustotal.com/de/file/2b34fa93fa19430c3eb52eff1636d97e0dd4fb438c2549f078a96e0cd442d770/analysis/1520369128/ Analogue SNt PAT EDITOR.rar
  11. Thank you. Unpleasant honestly looked way worse when I had the gradient drawn in my application compared to reality. I'll also have to make color blending a toggleable option per keyframe so I can do stuff like your police pattern. That does look pretty neat!
  12. Yeah I screwed up counting. Gotta implement a limit anyways. Regardless, that's just a mockup. I haven't written then output routine yet or tested anything on the real thing. I'll see how it goes. /Edit: Got a few test patterns TestPatterns.rar
  13. I thought I'd give making a little application to create patterns a try Would anyone be interested once it's done? It's not nearly finished yet obviously
  14. Ah, thank you for posting that. I'm not really into those scalers anyways. Just thought it was odd.
  15. I also just noticed another odd, possible bug. All of the HQ scalers change the colors of the image by quite a bit. The other type of scaler does not do that.
