This is great news! A source for NEW Colecovision power supplies is needed for the community and hopefully Keelog can get this remedied.

Hopefully you receive yours tomorrow as scheduled! I didn't get to my Intellivision collection last night as I had hoped but tonight I will get to it... maybe even hook up the VS and try it out! Keep us posted!

Not only did it arrive before the 23rd... it just arrived this afternoon! Not even going to set up the console this evening. I think i'm going to play Intellivision on my handheld tonight! lol

Did you order a Founders VS from Funstock? These are the ones that I believe are currently shipping as Funstock received their stock last week in the UK. If you ordered from a North American retailer, I believe mid to late January is when they will be shipping. And I've been tracking my shipment and it's in Canada now... it looks like it should make the estimated delivery date of Dec 23 after all!

Renovation collection looks really interesting! Gremlin seems a bit lacking for me... 2 soccer titles doesn't help as there are plenty soccer games already on the system. lol I know I'll preorder these two eventually anyway. Who knows, I'll likely discover a gem where I least expected it!

My VS Founders Edition shipped today! The estimated delivery date is Dec 23... will it make it in time for Christmas? We will see!

As usual, you keep posting things that I would really enjoy! Your work is great and I'm sure this SMS will be a great system for someone. Must resist the urge to purchase.

I was super excited about Metroid Dread but didn't pick up the game for a couple of weeks and then the demo was released. I tried the demo and it resulted in me not liking the game. The whole running away from the robot thing is something I didn't care for. Although I always liked Evil Otto chasing me in Berzerk, the amount of running away in Dread is overkill. I think I enjoyed the previous Metroid games like the NES one for it's Zelda (NES) exploration gameplay. Playing Metroid (NES) on my 3DS is not as fun as it was anymore. lol I guess I'm getting old. Now Dread looks amazing and I enjoyed the exploration but I'll pass when I have to run and escape from some enemy.

Found out about the Founders Editions... the first portion of systems that have been sent were in the first shipping container. My Founders Edition is in the second shipping container that is expected in the next week or two so it'll be on its way but I don't think it'll make Christmas morning. I'm just thankful to know the status of my Founders Edition. Really looking forward to the Intellivision cart and checking out the new arcade line!

The Founders editions are the imported ones that are appearing all over Europe and even now the US (and soon to be Canada for me... fingers crossed!) As for the carts... they are in various containers being shipped to various locations as mentioned on Evercade's site. I think North American retailers are looking at getting their stock in 2022. The VS consoles and the new carts are all in the same shipment. As for not wanting any more consoles... I hear ya. I wasn't really sold on getting another console but changed my mind. I may change my mind again and sell my Founders Edition. I'm quite happy with the handheld that I've been using for the past year and a half. I'll see how the VS is when I receive it.

I believe all the Founders Editions are ready for shipping but they are being shipped based on the order date. The other container has the white colour VS systems that are shipping at different dates.

Ahh ok... did you pre-order it a little later in the few days that it was made available for pre-order? That would make more sense then.

Amazon is a funny beast. Let's hope this is just an 'oops' this time and will be fixed shortly.

Interesting... I think I might contact Funstock this weekend as I haven't received an "Your order is on the way!" email yet. Good news is that it seems that when it does ship... it will arrive relatively quickly! My hopes for a VS Christmas is still a possibility!

Was this a founders edition? Just wondering when you received the funstock email stating when it was shipped? K havent received an email from Funstock yet but I'll be one of the last systems shipped as I waited to pre-order. If you ordered a standard white VS... then that's a different thing. lol

I ordered issue #1 last week and received it last Friday. Pretty quick turnaround. As for the Founders Edition... I ordered it on day two or three when the pre-orders went live. I haven't received an email from Funstock yet though so it seems like it hasn't been shipped yet. Regardless... I'm still hoping to receive it by Christmas.

I have next to my computer both issues one and three. I'm enjoying them quite a bit! I'm looking forward to issues 2 and 4 in the coming weeks! Now if my founders edition would ship, I would be super duper happy! lol Not sure when it's supposed to ship but it should be soon!

I wasn't crazy to get a Founders Edition but I liked the idea of the whole 6 new collections and the VS System all in a bundle. I am liking the idea of the black console. I definitely will be playing my VS when I receive it! So many collections and don't forget all the hidden goodies to uncover will keep me messing around with it!

That's awesome! I have some waiting to do as I know I waited a while and pre-ordered the Founders Edition a couple days into the pre-orders. Maybe I'll get a shipping notice by the end of the month! Looking forward to it! MAybe... jjust maybe it'll make it here by Christmas. Overall... it makes for an exciting time of year!

I'm wondering when Capcom will be on board with the Evercade. They have tons of properties to make many collections! MegaMan, 194x series, Ghosts n Goblins series, Gradius games and so much more! There's console cart and arcade carts that they can do... oh the amount of collections! Speaking of collections on the Evercade... they have plans for another 12 collections for 2022! No breakdown on how many are arcade collections vs console collections but I'm sure there will be a good mix! Of the 12 collections for 2022 we do know the following: 1 - Renovation Collection (which is almost all new ground for me... it's exciting!) 2 - Intellivision Collection 2 (which has got to have Cloudy Mountain on it right? RIGHT?!?!?) Now these aren't necessarily the order of release but these are the known 2022 carts so far. We should be receiving notice as for the next collection to be announced sometime in December. Perhaps we will receive a Capcom MegaMan collection!? lol

yup... the license was for the handheld only. Not for a console. Funny thing is... you can play the handheld on the tv. So I'm not sure what the difference is really. Overall, it is really strange.

From my understanding there are only two carts (the Namco ones) that will not work on the VS. Other than that... I believe all carts will work with both systems. I'm looking forward to arcade on the handheld... oh and trying to unlock all the mysteries with the VS!

No Tomb Raider? Perhaps it never released to retail? I stopped following these machines as I prefer the metal candy cases that are about the same size.

Yeah those bundles are pretty cool... even the original handheld with 3 games reduced the cost of the system when factoring in the 3 games at $20. As for funstock getting some systems... I received an email from them about my order (I ordered a founders edition). They received part of their stock and anticipate receiving the second portion of the shipment at the end of the month or early next month. The question I have is... which shipment was the founders editions in? lol
