  1. I did search for it before posting, I didn't find anything because I was searching for Runfast, not Run Fast ?
  2. I went through the process of getting VAT registered and filling out all the forms to handle my returns online. Then I got a bill for not filing every month to let them know I'd had no sales to the UK. I cancelled my registration after that.
  3. That's OK, I bought the physical release and ripped it a while ago but I believe in supporting people who release digital versions as I don't collect carts so I'll buy the digital release as well. That's a real shame I wonder if the market for physical releases is now too small You have a PM
  4. Will the people with physical copies be able to download the digital release? From the last comment it looks like the car is just a bin that has been renamed, and it doesn't actually contain a car header. That would explain all the loading oddness with the various multicarts. The digital release should include both a CAR and a BIN, one for multicarts and emulators the other for people wanting to flash their own carts. I know its trivial to convert between them but there is a lot of confusion about these file types and I think most people would like someone to do the trivial bit for them. I know that every time I post a car of a recent bin file I get a lot of people thanking me
  5. I have some 5mm acrylic here that I can stand on and I weigh considerably more than 5Kg! As long as the wall mounts are good enough and its a single piece of acrylic it should be fine.
  6. Runfast by PPS ATR version, (no xex?) with Physical available from Sikor
  7. Still no word about these shipping to the USA, and I've not seen @skr for months, does anyone know if he's OK?
  8. I used a joy2pic for all the pic programming, it was the easiest way, I already had one built from my xel build, the nuc designs came with the software to run on an atari and it just worked. I have a pickit3 but didn't need it. The only tricky pic is the ssd one and there is a header for the joy2pic so even that was easy, it just looks a bit precarious with the nuc on its side plugged into another atari
  9. FLOP 66 also has "Multijoy 17Players Roulette" by Zdenda and Poison on it as well. A 17 player roulette game using 16 joysticks plugged into multijoy and the keyboard for the croupier. Updated my TNFS server. FLOP66 is worth the download, it has very touching tributes to HardCore (Petr Postava, who tragically died in a fire at his friends apartment in August) including a slideshow and the last game he worked on (Bone Cruncher) and Tom-soft (Vladimir Toman) who also left us this year.
  10. The short version is the one @videofx is selling. I made a case and label for it at his request.
  11. NUC+ has an 8 pin din as well, the extra pins run to a header so if a stereo upgrade were ever to appear it would already have a route out of the case. If you use the right kind of din plug (there are two angle variants) a regular 5 pin din will fit the socket if the extra pins aren't used.
  12. Caught up with this thread finally. All the new files are on my tnfs in the 2021 folder. Obviously if you are on a Fujinet, don't bother trying to load the CAR files!
  13. Never mind the brown, how long do I have to retrobright the rest of the case to get it back to white?
  14. If you are logged into the forums visiting https://abbuc.de/mitglieder/ will tell you if your membership is still current and the PayPal address is on the page if you need it.
  15. I've not had any word from skr about the mag being shipped to the US yet.
  16. Wow that's quite the necro bump! Check out this forum for Mac compatible SIO2PC software https://atariage.com/forums/forum/184-respeqt-sio2pc-software/
  17. AFAIK only Tempest Also There is a hardware tester (by Florian Dingler) that can test it. I made one a while ago when we were playing with the joy2b+ wiring, it is indeed a 16 position rotary encoder. I used this one from Digikey https://www.digikey.com/short/p3p5nf but it has detents, it isn't Smooth like the real controller, but it works.
  18. Can't we just put a toy mouse in the box? Maybe a rubber poo to fling?
  19. Probably better to use a readily available injection moulded cart shell. No one's going to pay for a custom injection moulded case and a 3d printed one is inferior in many ways. it would raise the cost and reduce the quality.
  20. I didn't say it's not an A8 cart, in fact it's listed _as_ an a8 cart! I just said its difficult to make a case for carts like that.
  21. They are designed by users and shared on the pcbway site as a community service, there are lots of interesting projects on there. Including the OSS 4-in-1 cart that is currently popular. Ignoring the fancy art at the top the rest is a pig to make a case for
  22. That's not strictly true, there is a patched version of Flob specifically for the AVG for each released version that works with the updated firmware in the AVG to allow saves to work. I haven't compared the images to see what the differences are but they aren't the same image, trying to run one in an emulator doesn't work.
