  1. Supercross 3D with manual Checkered Flag with Manual Zool 2 Kasumi Ninja with manual Evolution Dino Dudes White Men Can't Jump with manual Troy Aikman Football Iron Soldier with manual and box $115 shipped priority mail inside the United States.
  2. My plan is to take what I want out of these boxes, let a buddy of mine who also collects magazines do likewise, and then donate the rest (along with some other magazines that I'm getting rid of) to the Video Game History Foundation for use in fulfilling their "blind box" subscriptions. I've already had a couple of people reach out to me who are looking for particular issues, and I just don't have time to sift through these based on peoples' requests. I'm sure that all of the issues you're looking for are readily available on eBay. Sorry!
  3. PMed to claim, assuming they’re still available. And no I will not be flipping them on eBay if I get them.
  4. So I backed Mike Kennedy's RETRO Magazine back whenever that happened and I still have all of the magazines that I was sent, many still sealed in the bags. Is there any interest in these? I don't want them, but I don't want to throw them out if they're something that someone else thinks is cool... Let me know and I can snap a couple of pics or whatever. Thanks! Chris Edit: Sold for $40 shipped.
  5. No one is triggered. You said something stupid, and literally a handful of people pointed it out. Are you here for a JagSD, or are you here to "trigger snowflakes"?
  6. So this console will only output mono sound, then?
  7. This is exactly why I started a YouTube channel. Was it that obvious?
  8. I'm going to stick to using the peroxide cream from the beauty supply store along with a couple of hours of sun exposure. Has worked like a charm for me.
  9. That's a pretty good solution! I'd grab one, but I just changed the battery in my IIgs, so I'm good for a while.
  10. Coincidentally, my system is currently in Mobius' shop, getting that work done to it. Mine was still working alright, but I wanted to have the caps replaced before they leaked and caused damage, rather than after. It's pricey work to have done, but I would say that it adds to the value of the system, especially when I think we are going to see more and more of them dying from leaky caps.
  11. I finally beat Zelda II: The Adventure of Link, 32 years after I first played it. Did it over the course of a few live streams on my channel. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o023Z-sPZdk
  12. No he won't. I got beat out. Too bad, because that's exactly what I wanted them for.
  13. Thanks, man. I was just joking around, though. I am very glad to see someone else taking up the mantle of the NES HSC for me, just as I did for whoever it was that ran it before I did.
  14. When did it become OK around here to crap in people's sales threads? Jesus.
  15. I don't hate him personally. I hate his show, and I hate the character that he created. People like him are why I don't go around telling people in my personal life that I have a YouTube channel.
  16. Late to the party, but just wanted to say that I actively hate Top Hat Gaming Man. Clickbait garbage.
  17. I love the GUS! I worked my butt off during the summer of 92 to save up to buy one for my 386. That one died at some point, but I am lucky enough to have a working one now, plus a spare. It's the only sound card that I have in my DOS gaming machine. Probably my favorite game to play using it was X-Wing, because you could do Sound Blaster emulation for the sound effects/speech, plus Roland emulation for the music. Someone mentioned Epic Pinball, which I also played the crap out of back then. Pot o' Gold was my favorite table, probably just because I loved the music. Blackthorne was another cool game with native GUS support. I did play Star Control 2 back then (and it's one of my all time favorite games), but I don't remember having to do anything super-wonky to get it to work... Fun fact - I actually own the website gravisultrasound.com. It's a crappy site as far as looks go, but I think it is the largest repository of GUS-related files anywhere on the web.
