  1. Hi guys, as I understand it there's no installation guide available so I'm a little unclear on how to connect the wiring to the monitor. In my case I need a simple RCA composite plug coming from the Rev D mod board.

Is it as simple as wiring the 2 wires that are in a standard composite cable, into the appropriate mod board screws? Or do I need to combine chroma and luma?

  2. When I was 10 years old I was passing by a shelf in a games store and saw the classic silver box for the Parker brothers The Empire Strikes Back game. On the box it simply stated that it was for the Atari video game system. I therefore convinced my mother to buy me an Atari! The one we bought was the Atari 400, believing that that was the same thing. As you will know the game actually was designed for the 2600. Now that I'm all grown up and have the Atari 400 here, I am wondering if there is any way on Earth to get it working with The Empire Strikes Back?

  3. I will be making another run of these on Monday for shipment on Tuesday

    $12.00 shipped in the USA

    $10.00 + actual shipping international

Payment via Paypal gift, Will come shipped in a padded envelope with instructions

I have four orders already so if anyone else is interested please let me know by Sunday so I can make sure I make up enough.

I know I'm a little late but I've been looking for a way to get audio out of a 400 to go with the video board I've PM'd Bryan about. This is for a small retro computing museum I'm setting up in Los Angeles. I understand your board is the best way. I'd love to order one. PM sent.

  4. Hi Bryan, I've sent you a PM about ordering the video mod Rev D!

Audio isn't part of the upgrade, so it must be picked off the board using one of the existing methods. Once I'm back in the US and can get a 7800 I can post about methods I've tested.

    ...

After looking at the 7800 schematic, I might eventually make an audio buffer board that works on both the 400 and the 7800 since both systems need to mix audio from two sources.

Did you ever conclude the ultimate audio mod or make the audio buffer board for the 400 sir?

    Thanks for all you're doing.
