Which game in particular from Ubi is giving you the grief?

I'm not talking about "updates" - I'm talking BROKEN and no plans to FIX it....in particular, "Toy Soldiers Warchest," - the game freezes at the START MENU.  I've researched it, known 'issue' with only solution is 'turning your PS4 system date back to 2015' which may compromise ALL YOUR OTHER SAVE GAMES AND DLC....and they never have, never will ADMIT it's broken or offer a working update.  Also, this 'quick fix' only allows for single player mode, no multiplayer....so that only fixes HALF the freakin' game...WTF kind of answer is that!?!??!?!

....and I don't remember ANY older games that were ever released completely BROKEN.  I know there were some severely buggy ones, and a couple that were IMPOSSIBLE because of bugs, but I don't remember ANY that would NOT EVEN get past the main start menu!!
