I'm getting an error when I try to send a PayPal payment to that address.  I'll send you a PM with the details.

PayPal says that you can't receive money at the moment.

  2. Donkey Kong and Pac Man are one of my favorite games (the cause of my addiction which started in the early eighties).

To my opinion the worst clone of Donkey Kong is Tigervision's King Kong for the Atari 2600.

And now the oppositie, Tigervision made one of the best Pac Man clones with Jawbreaker for the Atari 2600. I still remember the moment when I demonstrated it to a few friends. They all fell of the couch when the toothbrush showed up!

  3. On the Facebook page of the National Videogame Museum you can read that the Blue Sky Rangers have donated the game to them (probably early 2020). But the Blue Sky Rangers have recently sold this game on Ebay as we all know. Does this mean that the Blue Sky Rangers got it back from the Museum or did they have 2 copies?

I don't know if I want a controller that I have to manipulate with my mouth!

Wait till you're more than 80 years old and your hands can't do the job anymore 😉

I think we can give the controller a new name. What about The Jerk (in Holland it has three meanings and one of them is the top of your friend)?

Actually, using Team Pixelboy's website as an example, it is actually surprising that the CollectorVision website does not have a section detailing all the games, hardware, etc. that they have developed and released for the ColecoVision & ADAM since the beginning in 2008.

I think there is. The old collectorvision website is still there.

  6. Happy New Year to all of you!

Don't worry about the boxes. My collection isn't in a pristine condition. And far from complete....still missing a few Pixelboy titles. Hopefully most of them will be brought back to life. Maybe Opcode and Collectorvision can tell us later on what their plans are for the future? I sure do have a want list for some older titles.

Well do you want to spend $300 on an SGM because of scalpers or get a phoenix console for the same price that has an SGM? And yeah obviously not everything i said needs an SGM or a phoenix but most of the new games I mentioned do  need it aswell as upcoming Dracula's Castle.

So yeah, FOR MAXIMUM ENJOYMENT,  LIKE I SAID, YOU WANT AN SGM OR A PHOENIX THAT HAS ONE BUILT IN.

You don't have to pay $ 300 for a SGM (Super Game Module from Opcode games), there is a sixth run coming. The fifth run was $ 90. You can subscibe for the sixth run if you want to.

The Phoenix is a complete replacement for the original Colecovision plus it has the features of a SGM. Also a great choice.

Question is: do you want to have the original console specifically? If you do then follow

the advice that Pixelboy has given you (and Youki was quicker with Cabbage Patch Kids than I am👍).

Does your GF like for instance shooter games or RPG's?

Believe me, when you get to know more about what has been developed for the Colecovision for the past 20 years you will be sold for the rest of your life!

    Join the club(s)!

The odds of another run of R&V being made so soon after the first batch finally sold out is close to zero. If you guys have been reading along in this thread I doubt any of you would even have suggested such a thing (at least I hope not??). The user oakcitycomics has a few they are willing to sell so contacting them to buy a copy is a much more realistic avenue to get a copy. IIRC, a page or two back they said they had 3 extra copies left they would be willing to sell at $65 a pop.

If I see one more unaffiliated and unsolicited list on this forum I think I'm gonna puke.

Well I did and oakcitycomics never responded. In fact, never read my PM. If you visit the website penguinet they mention that additional copies will be manufactured to satisfy demand. I hope they do!

When your dead and gone they will go into the trash cause most everday normal people do not give 2 shits over an old game.

Nowadays they do. Everyone is checking their (or inherited) stuff on the internet first before they throw it away. 20 years ago you could easily buy an Atari on the flea market for ridiculous low prices . Those days are gone forever!

What I originally paid shipped when ordered so roughly $65. However shipping to Europe from the USA is a bit outrageous these days but I'm happy to get you a shipping quote just PM me your postal code and country

I have sent a PM last Tuesday but it's still haven't been read. Never mind. Like I said, I will wait for an additional run. Even if it takes years from now.

It depends. For one game approximately 25 USD. On Ebay however is it getting way out of hand. Especially with import duties. I will send you a PM. The price you are asking is very reasonable.

  12. Well, there has been no response to my reply #1324. So I am expecting a pricetag that is not going to be reveiled here. I am not begging for a copy of this game. I spotted the game on Ebay and was wondering where it came from. Yes, right here, but I was just too late to get one. And knowing for how long it has been available it makes me laugh instead of cry. Same thing happened to me just recently when I could have bought the pokey versions of several 7800 games. Just when I wanted to empty my shopping basket (which had been filled for weeks) they were gone.

Like I said earlier, I will wait for a copy and hope that there will be enough demand for an additional run.
