Did you happen to test Hori’s PCE/TG16 mini USB controllers?

The ports on the TG16 are slightly larger than PCE. it may have the same number of pins (I can’t remember) but they’re not compatible without an adapter.

I think there’s about a dozen analogue employees, not engineers. So between marketing/finance/engineering/etc his team is probably closer 3 or so.

In case anyone was worried about Kev’s involvement in the Duo, he actually got a promotion!

Sorry, I guess I just figured since it was a BethSoft owned IP there would only be a slim chance if there being any sort of “official” version sold by AtariAge due to legal reasons. Though I’d totally support that!

Once the final version is released I mean. Could “reproductions” of the slayer edition could be made by flashing the patched ROM to an eeprom and soldering to a blank board (such as those used for homebrew titles).

I’m new to the Jaguar scene so I apologize if this is a dumb question. Is it possible to play this in real hardware if you don’t own a flash cart? Like maybe flashing to an eeprom or something similar?

Interestingly from their faq it looks like you can side load alternative BIOS files for the cd based systems using a usb drive as long as you source them yourself. Polymega features integrated HLE BIOS functionality for CD-based emulators, which provides coverage for the vast majority of games. You can optionally override HLE BIOS by placing alternative BIOS files on a USB Thumb Drive and importing them to the system using the BIOS override option in the Settings>Game & Interface screen. A list indicating compatible BIOS files will be provided prior to delivery of Polymega, but the files themselves must be sourced elsewhere.
