  4. Hey everyone. Haven't uploaded this one until now. I poorly attempt to make original music too, so here we go! RMT and XEX attached to the post. [Original] Over Analysing (Atari PoKEY) Over Analysing.zip
  5. This is really damn cool! Looking at that PWM through an oscilloscope viewer is very, very satisfying.
  6. This visualiser is just a universal oscilloscope video renderer. Works with literally anything to showcase pretty waveforms.
  7. That song blew my mind when I first heard it a few days ago. Legitimately thought that was a C64 tune at first.
  8. This is very nice! I didn't expect this but I appreciate the change, mobile browsing was pretty ugly but it's a lot better now
  9. I must say, RMT has been quite difficult to figure at first, but once you know what you are doing, it's honestly very good, especially when you come up with some clever sound design tricks. I personally suggest to just try stuff around, until you get something to like, and most importantly, the instrument editor is your best friend, as well as a pretty powerful tool to craft some really good sounds. Also yes, the manual is always useful! Took me a long time to understand a lot of the stuff going, and only very recently I figured out how to properly use the copy and paste shortcuts, hahaha
  10. New upload! Mega Man 9 - We're the Robots (Atari PoKEY Cover) RMT and XEX attached to the post. We Are the Robots.zip
  11. Hiya! And here's another one I finished tonight! Mega Man 4 - Dr. Cossack Stage 3&4 (Atari PoKEY Cover) RMT and XEX attached to the post Cossack Stage 3-4.zip
  12. Alright! I finally managed to properly sort my files so here's my RMT and XEX files!
  13. Considering investing on an Atari 8Bit machine for music making purpose.

Already got myself an Atari 2600 for that purpose, so why not have its brother!

This is nice! But I'd rather have the real hardware if I can :)

  14. Thanks!!I will keep working on this! It's so much fun.
  15. Ahhh you're right! I could have linked some executables as well. Those are the ones from the videos in the first post, my other executables are not in my phone right now. They're all NTSC too. Concealed_Revamp.xex Pyramide.xex Emerald_Hill_Zone.xex Green_Hill_Sonic_2_GG.xex
  16. Hello everyone! I suppose it may be suited to post here that I've been doing quite a lot of Raster Music Tracker stuff in the past few months, so here's some songs I have done recently, which I think are showing that anyone can do things with patience! and there are many more in my channel! Any tips and feedbacks are appreciated! I'm working really hard to improve!
  17. Always excited for more Atari tunes <3

  21. I'm still very much into the Atari 2600 sound capabilities! https://instaud.io/2GdH

  22. Okay so, next goal is an Atari 800XL.

A worthy goal! Whatever package it comes in, that 400/800 hardware delivers the very best in early 80's gaming, IMHO.

      I bet it is!

  23. I need to come around here more often. I think I'm missing out a lot! :D

      Thanks!

      And yeah, I can tell!

I'm active at other places, but I need to try to get into more communities.

Right now I am looking for getting an Atari 800XL, since, just like the Modded 2600, I plan to use it for making music :P

I think the only places I'm really active these days are here, InkBunny, and uhh... yeah, that's pretty much it. lol The Atari 800XL is a great machine for sure, and not too hard to find. If you're looking to make music with it you'll probably want to pick up an SIO2SD from Lotharek as well. ^_^

I'm mostly active on GBAtemp personally, lol. Also Discord servers.

As for the Atari 800XL, I'll remember this advice!

Right now I rely on emulation, which isn't bad but it's not as authentic as the Analog signal you get from the real thing :P

  24. Oh yeah, I haven't visited in a while, I ended up buying a premodded console. 4 switches woody VCS with svideo, compoaite and stereo sound! Machine is in perfect condition and works great!

@Jin yes it's a very comfy setup! Worth every penny.

  25. So... I guess it's time to find a AV+Stereo ready to use modkit for my 2600. Too bad Ebay sellers don't have much. Bryan's work in here is probably the best looking one, but it looks a bit complicated to install. Hmmm. So many options.

Stereo seems very easy to do with some DIY material, thankfully. 2 pins bent and some resistence.

      Bryan's sounds like a good plan :)

I guess I could go ahead and contact him for a new sale soon :)
