I think there may be a bug (as I don't remember it on my model 1) if you go in to the Options menu on TMNT Hyperstone Heist if anybody else could check out to see if it's present on your Mega Sg. There seems to be some weird shaking going on with the screen/dithering effects. Get close to your tv screen. That's the only place I've noticed it so far. It's not really a big deal cause how much time would you actually spend in the Options menu, but just wanted to report it.

Got it! I'll be sure to set it to 50hz then. And that's definitely the best way to describe it using an NTSC cart. It was choppy. Thanks for the help.

Ah, okay. So if I set it to its native 50hz it should eliminate that? It'll just be slower and that's it? These games were PAL exclusives anyways so running it at 50hz will be kind of true to the original I did change my settings a little while ago to [email protected] on my Super Nt to make sure it works on my TV and it does seem to work (using NTSC cart). It didn't seem to be as smooth and I assume if it didn't work I'd get a black screen or something?

Well, that sucks. I tried the 720p settings and I just don't like the downgrade from the crispness at 1080p. There's still a little bit of black bars even at that height. I want it to fill the full height of the screen I do got another question if you or anybody else can tell me. I just ordered a couple of PAL European exclusive games last night and know I must change the setting from NTSC to PAL on the Super NT to run PAL games. But must I also change the resolution output to [email protected]? Or can I just leave it on [email protected] and it will run fine? My TV seems to support 50hz (at least according Super NT) if need be.

Man, I've had mine for around 3 weeks now and what an amazing piece of hardware. I've already bought tons of games for it. Are the scanlines supposed to be completely re-done in one of the future updates? I read somewhere someone said they are supposed to be. That's the only issue I have. I like to have my games perfectly fill the height of the screen (1149 seems to be that spot) and the scanlines just don't look good. I'm not using scanlines at least for now.

I agree with this. The SD2SNES and having all the games on one SD card is cool and all, but it's just not for me. It would take the fun out of trying to track down actual carts imo. I would feel like I'm cheating myself. I realize it will be way more expensive in the end, but nothing will ever beat having an actual physical cart collection with their beautiful art works sticking out of the top of the Super NT (or SNES). It just feels so right.

They still haven't shipped my Super NT yet, but I got my 8bitdo controller in the mail today and have been playing some NES games with it. So far I haven't noticed any issues. In fact, the d-pad feels better than the old SNES/SFC30 controllers. I own both of those.

Got it. I'm wanting the one that's true to the actual original so I'll be going with Ancient Stone Tablets.

Interesting. The main carts I'm interested in getting from them are the Satellaview games; BS Zelda Ancient Stone Tablets and the BS Mario. Do you (or anybody else) know the difference between Ancient Stone Tablets and Ancient Stone Tablets: Master Quest? Is Master Quest a hack? Or was it also an official release on Satellaview?

I've seen people mention Retro Circuits in this thread. They're a good place to purchase high quality SNES repro carts? Do they use the correct voltage in their carts for use in a real SNES and the Super NT without the possibility of being damaged? There's two games I'm looking at on their site I want to possibly buy. I see they also take requests.

I actually read something about that happening (what you said in your previous post) on another forum. I hope they have fixed that this time. I want to know when it's coming, lol. I read some orders shipped out a little early last time. But yeah, today is supposed to be the day they start shipping. I hope they don't go by alphabetical order, otherwise I'm screwed
