Ordered a lot of cv games from him. Prices were extremely fair, the games were practically mint and they arrived very quickly. Great guy to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with again.

Excellent info. Thank you.

Copy purchased. Thanks all

Excellent, thank you.

First off, it didn't come with a power supply. Any reason why something like this wouldn't work? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LY1B5Y3/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_pc38AbS897YQY Second, it was sold as "untested", so I'm guessing that best case scenario, the disc belt is broken. I haven't found a lot of info on a suitable replacement. If someone has a link to a belt, it'd be appreciated. Anything else i should know about these things? I assume a step down to 100v would be overkill?

Loose is preferred. Pm me if you have a copy.

You have any shots of the protector overlay in use with the game? Just ordered the protector/yasi cart and I'm on the fence about wanting the overlay...

Took a better shot of the arcades and pins. The mad planets is a project I've been working on for a while. It started out as a broken video poker. Soon to have a jrok board.

And, all is well. Made some adjustments to the brightness and contrast and the Sony works with the light phaser fine.
-
Light phaser works fine on the jvc and quasar crt's i have.
-
So after some reading, it seems it may have something to do with the refresh rate. From what i can gather, most older crt's have a 60hz refresh rate, while some of the last Sony's had a 100hz rate. I'm guessing i may have the latter. I have a remote on order so i can access the service menu. Hopefully there is a setting i can change.

It's SD. KV27FS120 model. Does not like the SMS light gun at all.
-
Those of you using a flat screen trinitron; do your light gun games work?
-
Star wars. Fucking awesome.

That it is.

Picked up this 27" Sony this morning. It was advertised as a barely used, basement tv. Got there and immediately noticed several bumps and scratches on the case, but the picture didn't have any issues, so i paid the 20 bucks he was asking and went on my way.

Got a good deal on a box full of gaming crap, the main draw being this sms. It was dirty as hell and pretty banged up, but after a disassembly, thorough cleaning and a whole lotta buffing with plast-x, i now have a pretty presentable sms...
-
Yep. 26" jvc that was free on Facebook. I think i may pick up something else as this has a slight ghosting issue. Luckily they're a dime a dozen these days.

Question about arcade cabinet with multiple games

To be honest, i think mine is sketchy with saving scores as well. It saves the highest score, but seems selective with saving anything under the highest. -

Have you tried the dip switch on the board? The 60 in 1 will save scores with it flipped on(although not your initials for whatever reason). -

60 in 1 doesn't have either of those games. The Williams 19 in 1 has defender but not asteroids. I'd guess it's one of the many xxx in 1 jamma boards that are out there. Probably installed that in an existing cabinet that the board went out on. -
They're not needed, but they do add a level of fun to the game.

This game continues to impress me. If you're looking for something to really show off what the vectrex is capable of, this is the game.
