    New contest!

The new clues....hm.... Wait, I got it! The second picture is Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon"! You have to play the album and the unknown Wizard of Oz Atari prototype at the same time and wait for the lion's roar! Still stumped. But it has given me an excuse to listen to Radiohead for the first time

    New contest!

Heh, unintentional Actually, I was thinking that really, the Z26 hint was the only one that was needed...you could take it two ways: Use z26 (the sears games in the Atariage archives still link to the Atari rom versions, so that tells you to use the Atari names) Z=26 (the CX numbers)

    New contest!

Still have no idea what to do with #7. I see a couple of possible patterns with the colors, but as to how that yields any sort of solution...well, I've tried a couple of responses, but at this point it feels like that's just the first two of the infinite number of monkeys pounding on the keyboard I have no idea why things are the color they are (i.e. why aren't the two N's in "NINE" colored red?), and what that symbol underneath the "NINE" represents. And why is the solution the number of characters that it is? And what's the deal with airline food? (okay, now I've somehow segued into a Seinfeld routine ) Confused but continuing to stare at it...it's kinda hypnotic...green and blue and red....preeeeetttttttttttttttttttttyyyy.....

    New contest!

Don't be so sure. A day later and I still have no idea to even *begin* #7 (actually, I think I may have noticed something regarding the colors, but I can't see how it applies to anything else. And what in the world is that blue iPod Shuffle symbol? From the text box I know the number of characters needed for the solution, but I have no idea why)

    New contest!

Yup, and #6 was really quick. Is it just me, or is this contest utilizing some reverse Star Trek movie rule? The even-numbered puzzles are relatively easy, while the odd ones get succesively tricky. I have absolutely NO idea what to do on #7 right now, and I've been staring at it for a couple of hours.

Oh my god, I actually got #5. NASTY! The trick didn't kick in for me until I looked at the previous parts.

    New contest!

hm...I think the clues for #5 are telling me I was headed in the right direction, but I haven't hit it on the head yet. I thought I'd tried all possible combinations... Time to stare at this a bit more

    New contest!

I'm on #5; I've got all the entries, but it's still not working. Gotta recheck my answers...

    New contest!

I'm on 5 also, and it's giving me a headache I've got 7 of 'em, but I'm scratching my head on the others. (and scratching my eyes...I think my eyestrain is telling me to put this down and look at it again tomorrow... )

"The number accompanying CX2664 should be 2 not 1." Ah ha. Much better. Got it now.

    New contest!

It doesn't seem to work for me either. I've noticed two possible entries that can have multiple answers (#4 could be four different things; #9 could be two different things). I tried all of them...then tried changing them all to caps. *still* didn't work. I've triple-checked all the part numbers: google, atariage's list...hell, I even stumbled (via google) onto room34's page listing the games he's got and matched up the part numbers there. [scratches head]
