1. It's one of my favorite SNES games of all time. I loved Punchout in the arcade and this version was better than any arcade version and way better then the NES version. It's the best arcade style boxing game of the 16 bit era IMO with Evander Holyfield Boxing for the Genesis being the best sim styled boxing game.
2. My Sandisk died on me once. At least I backed it up on my PC 2 weeks before it died. And since it did died I am backing up my MS once a week just in case it dies again.
3. Doh!!! You may as well update to 2.0 now. I on the otherhand will keep on playing DKC on SNES and a few of my favorite classics.
4. I'm with you on that one. While it's not my favorite games of all time it's in my top ten. There was only one follow up game on the Gameboy Color which wasn't bad either.
5. Thank's for the links. It'll take me some time to get through all that but I did see some good stuff. BTW I managed to find a pic of a 6 button controller. I Googled "Turboduo". It's top row of buttons is backward from the Sega controllers and that's what was messing me up.
6. I'm just getting into Turbo Graphix 16 emulation on my PSP and I was looking for a site like this at least somewhat. Mainly I want to know what are some of the better games and I want to know what's the layout is of the 6 button controller.
7. Well my 2 favorite magazines are Game Informer and Games TM out of the UK which I usually buy at Barnes and Noble.
8. I have 30+ Lynx games too but I kind of like Hard Driving. Batman Returns is the worst one I played by far.
9. A couple of more that game where superior on Genesis which suprised me were Cool Spot (a fun game IMO) and Toy Story (no so fun). And of course the sports stuff was better on the Genesis.
10. I voted Genesis. I prefer fast paced action games over RPGs. Even though most games looked better sounded better on the SNES they didn't necessarily play better and sometimes did not. Plus I thought titles like Tom Jam & Earl, Comix Zone, Ecco and even Sonic somewhat where pretty innovative and cool.
11. Rygar is at the top of my list. Although it's had a PS2 update most folks I come across never heard of it. It has no save sucks but that's not a problem if you emulate. Kid Icarus was a good one too but extemely difficult, however it is easier if you emulate that one too because you can save anywhere.
12. The Dig Dug update looks pretty cool to me but the price needs to be under $30 especially the with bulk of those would be iterested are already emulating old stuff.
13. Omigoodness!!! I heard the could do the same the Dreamcast but I'm not sure. I sorry, but that's old news. I thought you were going to report that firmware 151 and 152 have been hacked. If they don't get it hacked I'll have to get a new PSP when the good games start coming out later this year because I'm still going to play my homebrews.
14. I really like my Virtually boy. I have 14 games for it. 13 US and one Japanese. I can play it 2 hours straight without a problem but I am also colorblind so that may help me out there.
15. Yeah, there's a fantastic Neo-Geo CD emulator that was just recently released. It's a whole lot more complete than the previous one, featuring both sound and music for many games. They run at full speed as well, with the PSP set at its maximum speed of 333MHz. Now, I finally have The King of Fighters '99 and Twinkle Star Sprites on a handheld system! Oh yes, life is good. JR 887427 And where can you get that emulator? 887547 And they just released an update to the SNES emulator making ig run smoother and louder. So now I am playing Super Street Fighter II, Mortal Kombat II and Killer Instinct at decent speeds via PSP. It's handheld fighting bliss. And I still just have the 32mb Memory Stick. You can find all the emus and updates on pspupdates.com.
16. How big of a memory card do I need? I want to get a 1GB at least but I am taking a trip in a few weeks and bought 3 games for my PSP so it's going to have to wait till the end of the month. And the games I got are Lumines, Ridge Racer and NFL Street. All 3 are great IMO and the old racing game on Ridge Racer is fun too. It makes me even more excite about emulation. 882565 256M is sufficient if you're just going to store a collection of your favorite games. If you want to have access to a huge assortment of ROMs, even if some of them suck, you'd better get the 1G stick. The 256M stick is what I've got right now, and I'm satisfied with it. That gives me enough room for a dozen Genesis games, a dozen Super NES games, fifty NES titles, one Neo-Geo CD (stripped of MP3s), and one TurboDuo CD (with MP3s), with a little breathing room left for my PSP game saves, a few of my favorite drawings, and a Segata Sanshiro commercial. That's enough to keep anyone entertained for the duration of the PSP's short battery life. JR 882827 Well eventhough I haven't bought a bigger memory stick yet am I playing with the NES and SNES emulators and a few ROMs plus the Doom port on the 32mb stick. It's all pretty kick ass. I look forward to trying out more when I get a bigger memory stick.
17. Thanks. I know I have much to be thankful for.
18. I was 16 when the Lynx and Gameboy launched in 1989 and working at a toy store at the time. I was totally up on the Gameboy from whatever the game mags at the time were. I bought a Gameboy at launch from a store I didn't work at becuase we didn't get them in until a week after launch but when I saw a Lynx a few months later at TRU I was blown away by the demos of Blue Lightning and California games. I never forgot about the Lynx but didn't buy one until a couple of months ago of Ebay as I started collecting this year.

20. Thanks. Some of the titles are what I'd imagine to be some of the best on the Lynx. Hard Driving is the only I already had. So I basic got 15 titles new/used titles for my Lynx II for $6.67 a piece with a minty Lynx I, Comlynx, carrying case and extra AC adapter all thrown in as free bonuses. That's how I looked at it when I saw it. The other titles I already had are: Ninja Gaiden Chips Challenge Steel Talon Batman Returns Electrocop Hydra Malibu Bikini Volleyball Jimmy Connors Tennis Super Skweek Xybots Hockey Baseball Star NFL Footballs Toki
21. I got my PSP yesterday and boy is that screen pretty. I don't have any games yet as I bought it from an aquaintance for $175. Ridge Racer will probably be my first purchase but I plan on getting the Blockbuster game pass to rent PSP games.
22. Well I've bought a few game since I got my first Lynx but I had to jump on this BIN when I saw it. 16 games and Hard Driving was the only one I already had. My Lynx gaming is pretty set for a good while especially once I get a copy of Paperboy. The Lynx I was in great shape but I prefer the Lynx II. I just wish the speaker was as load as the Lynx I. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...item=8196815966
23. What first made me think of collecting was when my friend told me a woman he dated had a 2600 set up and how cool he thought it was playing it. I started thinking about how I wanted a 5200 as a kid and never got one. Soon after I got a 5200 on ebay and been going pretty strong with collecting since. I've since picked up a Dreamcast, PSX (already had PS2 though), N64, Virtual Boy, Jaguar, Gameboy Color and Lynx and many many games for all of them.
24. I don't see much of a point as a consumer to pre-order unless you are looking at it at some kind of layaway deal but I don't see much point in that either. The only thing I ever put on layaway was a used big sceen TV because I didn't have the cash at the time and was afraid it wouldn't be there when I got the dough. I look at pre-orders as game stores getting small loans without having to pay interest.
