    Saw three CV Flashbacks at the TRU in Mayfield, Ohio. No INTV though. Picked up a CV and checked out the box, and almost took it to the counter...but that incompatible controller thing is really the sticking point. That, and the Yurkie modded CV and the AtariMax flash cart are really, really good. I'm working on a couple controller ideas of my own, I will probably finish that and my setup will be perfect.

    I don't know about your local KB's, but ours was too small and always a mess. Not much of a loss when they closed up.

    I got my C64 and 1541 at Children's Palace. The boxes may have tags on them still, I haven't seen them lately. I remember going to buy my 1541. I had scraped up a bunch of money, probably all small bills. The old woman running the register handed me my change and made a joke about being careful with all that money in my pocket.

    Was there for an hour or so. Picked up a Mega Overdrive and the Astrocade multi cart. Was glad to see those guys there, I missed the deadline on the 4th and figured I'd have to overpay for one on eBay some day. I woke up in the middle of the night on the 6th and thought "F***, I forgot to email about that multi cart!" And yeah, plenty of space and super easy to get to. Played a little Tron, I should have tried the Trek pinball.

    I bought a couple online, and found the connector for the keyboard at Radio Shack and bought the last two they had. Later I got the JVC cable and cut it in half to make two short cables, and that's as far as I got.

    Played Nibbler via MAME on my PSP...the PSP controls make the game a little aggravating, but it's a fun game. Almost passed the third board. Have to try it on MAME with a better controller.

    I think the 13 pin cables were also used by some old JVC car stereos. I want to connect my old Roland S-50 to an Atari monitor I've been dragging around and need to make a cable.

    Never heard of Nibbler so I looked it up on YouTube...this could be a good CV game.
