  1. Unfortunately, I don’t have a PEB to test fit it on. If you could give me precise dimensions, I can try creating a STL for you.
  2. Glad this worked out for you. It looks great.
  3. I forgot to mention that it is sized to,add small stick on feet to,the bottom.
  4. I stopped the warping entirely by REPLACING THE GLASS BED WITH A PEI bed. I printed my original ne using PETG. The silver top is SILK PLA.
  5. You are very welcome. If you have any issues printing, I may be able to help although I am new to 3d printing, I had to solve a few issues to get good prints. My main issue was warping.
  6. The bottom is black to match the computer. I didn’t try to match the shape of the speech module. This works better for my setup.
  7. I recently got some silver filament and decided to try printing the top of the case using it. I think it is a better match for the TI and speech module. The text on it certainly stands out more. I have attached the stl files for anyone that is interested in printing their own. TIPI32 Case Top (1).stl TIPI32 Case Bottom.stl
  8. I need to get a micrometer. I just used a ruler. Caused a bit of trial and error. I didn’t want to duplicate the speech synthesizer case, but I did use it to get the length and width right. The top on mine just sits there, no hinges or latches. I suppose some holes could be drilled tomadd them , if desired.
  9. My first PI zero w overheated and burned out. Not sure why, but I decided to add heat sinks and let air in to them to be safe.
  10. I got a 3d printer, Creality Ender 3 V2 Neo, for Christmas and am trying to learn how to use it. My TIPI/32K has been just hanging out between the TI99 and speech pack, so I decided to try to design a case for it. I use two 90 degree mini USB adapters to provide power to the PI and hook up a USB mouse, so I had to provide openings for these. As I was also concerned about keeping the PI cool, I provided an opening over it which also lets me see its activity light. I almost forgot the need for a hole for the LED on the TIPI/32K to stick through. Here are some pictures of the final result.
  11. I went back and started reading through this tread. Found the info I wanted. HTTP://TIPI:9900. It is now in my favorites.
  12. My problem is that I jump between systems and forget system specific things. Being old doesn’t help either. ?
  13. While you didn’t tell me how to access the TIPI through the UI, the information you provided did let me get the game running on my TI. THANKS!
  14. I am trying to use the web ui to transfer a game, legends, to the TIPI. I know I have done this before, but I don't remember how. Please help.
  15. How do I join the discord?
  16. Can you point me to a book where I can learn this stuff?
  17. Thanks MrDave. That worked and confirms I have the T1 variant. I didn’t know about the shift 0.
  18. Thanks for the info. I tried it and just got orange letters on a red screen. Can the character set be moved to RAM and redefined? Maybe I don’t have the T1 chip despite the other indications.
  19. I have been reading up on the color computer and found out that besides lucking out and buying the 64k version it is also a Korean model with a 6847T1 chip in it. I just haven’t been able to figure out how to enable lowercase letters. Also, I seem to be understanding that the characters are built into the chip and cannot be changed. Is this correct? There is mention of added graphics modes, but no information on what they are or how to access them. Can anyone point me to books on how to access the video and sound chips in assembly?
  20. I believe those are the ones you want. Extbas11.rom. You may have to convert to another format, bin?
  21. Got both the cocoSDC and the tape deck working today. Now I am ready to start learning the system.
  22. Cool! Thanks and have a Merry Christmas.
  23. Christmas came a little early. Yesterday I got a tape deck to use. Today I got the tape cable from another board member and … my cocoSDC arrived! Probably be a few days before I can play with the new toys though. one thing getting the tape deck did though was point me towards what might be wrong with my TI deck. I had tried to save and reload a BASIC program using it with no luck, but the new tape deck loaded it several times just fine. The sound when trying to load from the TI deck is low and staticy I am thinking capacitors or transistors. The recording circuits must be good as well as the head alignment.
  24. If you are re-designing your board, it might be nice to have s-video and a jack that outputs composite and sound. That way a user could have them both hooked up and just switch their TV between the two depending on if the need artifact colors or not.
  25. I'm sure there are plenty of people on here that can work from a schematic. I can probably manage this myself.
