  1. In the latest episode I interview John Champeau (or as we call him JohnnyC). It was a real privilege to be able to speak to one of the best programmers around. This part 1 or 2. Please don't forget to vote for the best hacks, homebrews and demos in this year's Atari Awards. Stay tuned for Part 2 coming in a few days. Thanks again, John.
  2. Let me know if you find out. The ones I saw online were quite expensive.
  3. I will gladly give you reps. I am looking forward fo giving it a try
  4. That I'll have to try. I loved Alone in the Dark.
  5. The prototype. I don't think you can make Xenophobe fun.

  7. When I record game footage for my Youtube channel I always use STELLA and use a screen capture program. I'm going to be recording some stuff from a real TV. Any tips would be appreciated. when I was a kid I couldn't get a clear picture of the TV to get a Pitfall! patch!
  8. I think the other Aliens game was ignored because the Activision game was so great. Even when it was released for Apple it was something that hadn't been seen before. I remember going to a friend's house and playing it a lot there because my parents wouldn't buy me a C64. They said it was only for games. Did you ever play the Alien game for C64? I wasn't too crazy about it but part of that might be because I discovered it "after" I played Aliens, so...
  9. I hope everyone is enjoying Super Bowl Sunday. In my latest episode I discuss games based on the Alien movie franchise. I discuss Alien for the 2600, Aliens the computer game (for C64...by the way, does anyone know why this wasn't made for PC?), Aliens the arcade game, Alien 3 for NES, and a great homebrew called Apollyon. I enjoyed the movies a lot (except 3), and I thought that they were perfect for game tie-ins, like Star Wars and Star Trek. Let me know your opinions on these games, and don't forget to vote for the Atari Awards.
  10. Yeah, I found that after I posted. Sigh. But I found one at a great price.
  11. The hockey episode is coming. It will be the next sports games episode. You can get NFL Challenge @ www.myabandonware.com You will need DosBox to play it. If you need any help, just DM me and I'll walk you through it.
  12. Yeah, that's why I don't see it happening. Maybe I should put up another ad where I ask anyone who lives within 3 hours of me that would be willing to let me come over and play it...
  13. I would like to purchase a cart of Pursuit of the Pink Panther. I don't care if it doesn't have the instructions or the box, I'm just interested in the cart itself. I want to use it on my YouTube channel. Plus there is sentimental value, too. Please get in touch with me so we can negotiate the price. Thank you!
  14. In the latest episode of my channel, I discuss early football games. I discuss all those that were released for the Atari 2600, plus the 5200's version of RealSports Football, and some PC and NES games. As the Superbowl approaches I think that we can look back on some of our favorite football memories, even if they were played in a video game! What are your favorite football games? Let me know, I'd like to hear about them. How about some memories of your own times playing some of these games? Thanks for viewing and supporting my channel. Please subscribe if you haven't already.

  16. In the latest episode of my Youtube series I discuss the game H.E.R.O. in a new series I call "Best of Activision". I know that sounds strange as most Activision games are great, even the unfinished prototypes. But with that in mind, these are what I consider the best of the best. Like many, I only recently discovered this game and I have become addicted to it ever since. I have to say it's at least in my Top 20 favorite games of all time. I hope you guys enjoy it. Please don't forget to Like and Subscribe. I appreciate it.
  17. I would like to purchase an Atari 2600. I'm looking for one that's working, please. If it includes all the controllers (joysticks, paddles, keyboard, kid's controller) that's a plus. Please let me know.
  18. That's it! The harmony cart. I don't know why the name escaped me. How does that work?
  19. I read about some sort of mega cart, I think that's what it's called, sorry if I got the term wrong. Its something where you can put multiple games on a single cartridge. How does that work? Who makes them?
  20. Believe me, I plan on it. I'm securing interviews with as many homebrew and classic programmers as I can. I like to be able to help them showcase their talent. My channel is growing and I hope it can be an opportunity for more people to learn about the homebrew titles that these talented people have made.
  21. We have some really talented people that hang out here and I want to help get the word out for them. If you are a programmer or know of any DM me.
  22. I couldn't have said it better. I have been blessed thanks to my channel to have met and talked to some really brilliant and creative people. The way he takes a game and makes it his own is just amazing. I have become addicted to Star Castle.
