Is anyone else in the USA looking to buy this upgrade? We can pool our order and maybe save on overseas shipping. Stephen Anderson

I 3rd that. Stephen Anderson

I will definitely take a DVD. Not to derail this thread, but is it possible to get an ANTIC set as well or was that a one time run? And sorry if this has been asked/answered elsewhere. Stephen Anderson

How to remove yellowing from an old Atari case
Stephen replied to mimo's topic in Atari 8-Bit Computers
Looking at my MIO that needs de-yellowed, I see that it has been written on with a black magic marker. Is there anything that will remove this without damaging the plastic? I don't know what type of marker was used, I assume just the standard black permanent ink marker. Stephen Anderson -
1mb on SRAM memory upgrade and stereo/covox/aki combination
Stephen replied to candle's topic in Atari 8-Bit Computers
I'll buy a minimum of 5 boards if they get made. I've been dying to do a CoVox mod for years now. I have the tracker for my 320KB 130XE, but so far, the machine is still just a single PoKey. Stephen Anderson -
How to remove yellowing from an old Atari case
Stephen replied to mimo's topic in Atari 8-Bit Computers
I've been following this for quite some time now. Awesome work to all involved. I have a 130XE, a 520ST, a 1040ST, and an MIO that could use this. When I do get aronud to cleaning them up, I'll take tons of photos. Stephen Anderson -
Real Interlaced graphics on the A8 - getting closer
Stephen replied to Rybags's topic in Atari 8-Bit Computers
If I keep the settings the same but turn interlace off, I do not get the 16 steps in the line. However, if I reverse the field order it looks the same. Stephen Anderson -
I despise that re-done Fuji symbol. They got everything wrong with it. Stephen Anderson

Really cool demo emkay - that's quite some low bass at the 17 second mark. Stephen Anderson

What's the latest Atari related thing(s) you've bought on ebay?
Stephen replied to Ross PK's topic in Atari 8-Bit Computers
I got an SD SDHC MMC Card To Female ATA 3.5" IDE HDD Adapter to use with my MyIde flashcart. This was quite a bit cheaper than my 256MB Transcend CF-IDE module. Stephen Anderson -
Real Interlaced graphics on the A8 - getting closer
Stephen replied to Rybags's topic in Atari 8-Bit Computers
Rybags - I got it working on my NTSC 130XE. I am going through a VGA convertor to an LCD monitor. There is an occasional jump where the convertor seems to lose V-Sync for a frame, but other than that it works fine. Sorry the picture is a bit fuzzy. I will try to make time this weekend to test it on my 1084S as well as my CRT television. Stephen Anderson -

Steve - I'll let you know if mine works when it comes in. Stephen Anderson -
Cool - I hope to see you online Sunday. I'll make sure I log into this one. Stephen Anderson

Welcome! Thanks for the speedy shipping on those connectors (I finally remembered to leave you feedback this evening). If you could dig up some of the (Atari specific) 13-pin SIO connectors, that would be great. I think Steve Tucker has something up his sleeve regarding a new batch of them, but it never hurts to seek out some old hidden "treasure". Stephen Anderson Get me a picture/spec sheet and I'll see what I can find. I have a LOT of stuff not listed yet Sorry it's not a better shot, but it's all I could dig up at the moment. LOL - wonder if it has that Cheech&Chong smell to it? Setphen Anderson

Hello all. I would be the seller of the aforementioned 30 Pin Connectors (140217872852). I just wanted to stop by and thank each of you that purchased items from me, and especially David_P for posting my auction here (David_P, replacements are enroute!). If there are any other connectors/etc that your group may be looking for in the future, please do not hesitate to send me a message. Any member of atariage.com that buys anything from my ebay store in the future, will receive a 10% discount off the auction/sale price. Just leave me a comment at checkout that you are from atariage.com! Thanks again! Welcome! Carmel, I see you are on a Windows box as you mention IE. You can drop to a command prompt (go to start->run then type cmd). From the command prompt, type "telnet www.atarinews.org" without the quotes. If you want prefer a GUI, Windows comes with HyperTerminal. Even Vista has telnet, you just have to enable it. The Last Word stuff is now available on my BBS - telnet://bfbbs.no-ip.com File transfers have been re-enabled. Ooh - I will have to download it this way. I am pretty sure the last WP I downloaded for the little 8 was TextPro 4.5. Stephen Anderson
