  1. Hey gang. I recently reuploaded a higher quality version of a video I posted a while back dealing with some crazy lost media. It's the music playing in the background of the very first gameboy commercials from Japan. The singer sounds similar to Micheal Bolton, Randy Newman, or Hewy Lewis. However, it is unlikely that this is any of those singers. Here's my video on the topic. Any leads or comments are welcome... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9WMmZdBuVmE&t=581s https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9WMmZdBuVmE&t=581s
  2. Hello all. It's been a while since I visited I was wondering if any of my fellow classic gaming enthusiasts had any information that could help me on this one. I recently did a YouTube video on the mysterious song that plays in the background of the original Japanese GameBoy commercials from 1989. The title of the song is not listed in the commercial. It's a very catchy relaxing tune with a singer who sounds like a less annoying Randy Newman lol. I know people in the past have searched in vain. Just thought I'd say hi, ask for help, and share my video. Any help would be greatly appreciated https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_v-mfifXAZQ&t=239s
  3. They should make the Art of Fighting Fatal Fury Beat um up they were planning to back in the day.
  4. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vR1mN36198U&t=1s Hey gang. If you're interested I've got a review of the Neo Geo mini for your viewing pleasure. Love Neo Geo and these forums.
  5. Hey thanks for posting this! Feels good to be back. Just beat Samurai Showdown V on it. I need to tackle Blazing Star next.
  6. Hey! It uses a regular s video jack. Thankfully scart to rgb works great!! Would be nice if the others worked as well but I'm greatful rgb works. I love it. I have to say my 1084s can look quite good with monster s video. Testament to that monitor.
  7. Hey gang. I recently came across a Panasonic PVM monitor with RBG. However, I'm still waiting on SCART to BNC cables so in the mean time I thought I would try S-Video and composite. Sadly, I'm only getting a black and white picture. I've tried playing with the rgb to ypbpr switch, 75 omega hi-z switch and all the front switches in various ways. I'm out of ideas. I really hope RBG works. Any ideas? PS I have no ability or desire to open this thing up. Thanks!
