  1. Why doesn't Microsoft Flight Simulator simulate plane crashes?

      You can set random system failures in FS2020 though I don't bother. I'm "flying" for fun, not stress. If you want explodey goodness, play Kerbal Space Program and crash some rockets. Or planes - the game allows you to build planes as well as rockets. Or rocket planes, for that matter. Crashing and blowing them up is part of the charm of the game. :)

      I mean, imagine how powerful a computer would have to be to run FS2020 AND have realistic damage. I don't think that's gonna work that well. If you want to play a flight simulator with proper damage your best bet is BeamNG. It's not exactly a flight sim but it gets the job done well if you want damage.
