I'm gonna say it, I hate Super Mario Kart. The handling is outrageous, the hit detection is awful, and it's just a chore to play. Whoever gave it a 9/10 on IGN needs to be interrogated by the U.N. it's a 4/10 at best. I know most people say Super Circuit is the worst one, but it at least has Wario.

  @HDN Yeah, I have heard that DS is the best and I have heard it is the worst, but I haven't actually played it and for now I can only say that Double Dash is the worst. Not sure if I'd take Super Circuit over Super, but they are close. I still say 64 is the best, though, mostly because I literally almost always played it in multiplayer mode with my sister. I wonder how good it is alone.

  I think the more modern ones are great fun, but the SNES version requires learning a pretty specialized skill to do well, and once you start to get it, it really is a quality "time trial" game.
  
  To be fair, I only discovered I liked it a couple of years ago, but it did get out of hand...
