According to science, Chickens, as well as ostriches, are closely related to the Tyrannosaurus Rex. And since Ostrich eggs are basically just really big Chicken eggs, it's safe to assume that Ostrich meat tastes like Chicken. Therefore, is it safe to say that T-Rex meat also tasted like Chicken?

I must've eaten something bad, because I contracted the 2600 bug!

Has anyone here had good luck with Nintendo stock?

Whoever mentioned Yellow Magic Orchestra in the "music that could be in a video game" thread, thank you. I've been a huge fan since then.

There's an increasing number of users who are using the "Buy, Sell, Trade" section of the forum for wanted posts, despite there being not only a subforum right under the buy, sell, trade subforum, but also a pinned post saying NOT to post wanted posts in the buy, sell, trade subforum. Don't do this please.

I'm happy that Telnet still exists on Windows platforms. I like to see old, obsolete technology still being supported.

Yep, still a whole world out there to see. https://www.telnetbbsguide.com/

I decided to sell most of my NES collection, reasonable offers welcome! https://atariage.com/forums/topic/310315-fs-my-nes-collection/

I was paying Commando on the NES, and it was so unstable, it felt like it was going to fold itself out of existence.

@masschamber Actually the NES port of Commando was done by Capcom themselves, it was the first NES/Famicom game they programmed in-house.

My Famicom collection has grown to the point where I had to remove my NES collection from the shelf. If it gets any bigger, I'll have to start removing my 2600 games.

What movie is this line from (bonus points if you know who said it as well!)?
"Every day ends in a Tums festival!"

It's kinda sad that almost all of the classic gaming reviewers from the early days of YouTube are gone. And even if they still make stuff, it doesn't have the same feel as their older videos.

Al, I'll give you not 1, but 2 virtual cans of pepsi if you make a Sega Saturn subforum.

The only piece of Star Trek media I've seen in full is the Pilot episode of TOS.
Is my Atariage liscense now revoked?

I second that recommendation, TOS and TNG are well worth looking into. In numerous places, you'll find "Top 10" lists for both series, so if you don't want to commit to watching every single episode, use these lists as a guide. You should see the first six Trek movies as well, but in my opinion you'll appreciate them better if you watch them only *after* finishing TOS.
TNG took longer to "gel" as a series, so the first two seasons get a bad rap, but there are gems to be found there as well. I'll recommend nine episodes from both seasons to help you steer clear of the dross. From S1, check out the two-part pilot "Encounter at Farpoint", then "Where No One Has Gone Before," "The Big Goodbye," "Datalore," "11001001," "Home Soil," "Heart of Glory," "Skin of Evil," and "The Neutral Zone." From S2, check out "The Child," "Elementary, Dear Data," "Samaritan Snare," "The Measure of a Man," "Contagion," "Time Squared," "Pen Pals," "Q Who," and "Peak Performance." S3 on is pretty solid, with a few exceptions, though the four TNG movies were IMHO a disappointment.

There's a man who lives in a rental dumpster in Queens. He was born in 1832 and saw the Statue of Liberty when it was new. He also has long toenails so he can climb walls.
Don't ask why I typed this.

*Piano from Bohemian Rhapsody plays* eBaaaaaayyyyyy, why won't you work? My PayPal is completely fine, but all you do is fit and whine.

like 6 hamburger patties (no bun) 2 hours ago, and now everytime I belch, it smells like I farted out of my mouth.

Is price charting even worth it anymore? I just look at the game on eBay and get the cheapest one.

I don't know if it's because my 3DS is modded, or if it's just a feature I didn't know existed, but when I boot up a game and then go to the Internet app, it has the game name in the search engine.

I just saw a short clip of a recent episode of SpongeBob and the animation looked like it was from a YouTube parody. Everything was squishy, fast, and the characters looked nothing like what they used to. Is this what happens when you let a show go on for 20+ years?
