Amazingly a gang of crooks 'stole' an Elevator / Lift (for you UK peeps) from a Multi Story Car-Park.
That is wrong, on so many levels.

I made a Bicycle from two broken bikes. I try to do my bit for Recycling. 😄

@Stephen Thanks Stephen. 👍 I actually write jokes. This is one of mine. Occasionally I try to do a topper, where you do a joke and add one on top.

It's bonkers, I know. I was watching old reruns in the morning and I was struck by the similarity.
I then realised that the show pre-dated Pacman by 4 years.
Japan watches a lot of British tv. That def looks like Pacman eating a pill. One of these, a paracetamol.
And what does Pacman swallow? Pills. It's also the exact same angle.
Also... Over the years, Toru Iwatani has given a few different takes on how he come up with Pacman. He stuck to eating pizza but I've heard him say other things too, I am sure of it.

Mini PC Engine / TurboGrafx-16
Is the proud owner of a Mini PC Engine / TurboGrafx-16. Unique design for the UK market. Lovely,
Pre-loaded with 50? games.Indefinitely delayed back in March and now in my grubby hands.
I have come to love the system via Emu , but there is nothing like having an authentic controller and a dedicated system.Yay!

Yeah. It was £99. Amazon. As far as I know Amazon are the only UK Official Seller.
There's some brilliant games and I think for the amount of games included this is a value for money system.
Hopefully like the other Mini's you can hack it to include more Roms.
There are 32x PCe games and 25 TG-16 ones. Of thse only 2 or 3 are unplayable due to the nature of them being heavy with Japanese text.
There's some brilliant games included.
Some of these Mini systems have some glaring omissions. The only one I'd liked to have had that is not there being Bloody Wolf but that's a personal favourite.
You can buy a second controller for £21. And they have got a Multi-tap for up to 5 players for £24.99. The inclusion of the 3 Bomberman games probably being key to that strategy.
I've never really taken the time to play Parasol Stars despite my love of Bubble Bobble so this will be a wonderful opportunity.

Yeah. Whatever the truths are, they will come out in the end. In the meantime, I wish people had enough common sense to agree that they have a responsibility to watch out for one another and listen to the science and the experts. It saddens me when people lose sight of the bigger picture and throw tantrums and go on political rants.
There is an absolute truth we can all agree on: no matter what you think your "rights" are, you do not have the right to take reckless actions that endanger the lives and well-being of other people. This isn't about choice or a lack of choice: it's about responsibility. We all have a responsibility to be prudent and try our best to be there for each other. Those who thumb their noses at science and politicize the issue are doing NOTHING to help.

Well, Dugger, Hello! By the way, That is the most sense anyone has made for a long time.
Back on the 'official' corona thread here I was one of these 80% will be a cold, mild flu people. My experience was far from that. I fully understand everyone's concerns now and I have been in isolation for just under 2 months. The longer we can stay in and stay distanced the better the situation will be and the sooner it will be resolved.
Political posturing by anyone during this time is folly. Everyone is watching and in times like these we need leaders not naysayers.

Covid 19 test came today.
Hopefully this one will come up clear, though I have been feeling a bit rough again in the last 48 hours, I have to admit.
At least I'll know, either way.
This one is part of the bulk sample screening program which should give feedback to the government about the progress of the virus and give them data to respond as necessary.
As I said before, even if I have this for another month or two I will have felt I have been very lucky to have come through.
Stay safe

Well... I was hoping this would be an antibody test, but they've only just been proved to be 100% accurate. They'll be rolled out soon.
This is the you have / you don't have one. I had one before that said I had so...
Yeah it is actually, it goes tonsils first then up both nostrils. Same end of the swab as well.
This batch of tests is helping with knowing the overall numbers and should help the government decide on how to proceed with things.
I'm going to push for an Antibody test soon and then try to parlay that into the possibility of donating plasma to help others.
I really want to, if I can.

Anyone recommend a good Graphic Designer. Ideally an artist at heart who has experience in package design. I don't mind where they are from as long as they have a high level of English comprehension.
Need for one project, designing of a box, but could be an on-going thing as I have lots of projects spanning the next 18-26 months.
Thanks in advance for any recommendations.
Feel free to recommend yourself if you have the experience.
Thanks-
Graziele did my Jaguar Rotary Controller boxes and was amazing to work with. She has done games for the 2600 and Coleco. Her artwork is great. Her user name here is GraziGamer.

Although I had never seen one episode of Jeopardy!; I heard the name a couple of times referenced in US tv shows and clearly remember it being a quiz show that Monk's annoying but endearing next door neighbour won his fortune on, before meeting his untimely fate a couple of seasons later at the hands of a nefarious magician.
Last year, completely out of the blue and without any warning or promotion
Netflix put a whole bunch of episodes on its UK Platform one morning.
None of us have ever seen this show, I can't remember it ever airing here in any form even as a UK version and as a no-nonsense quiz fan I was instantly hooked and promptly devoured the lot in 4 days.
Too many UK game shows have too much chatting away to the contestants and they are stretched out to an hour.
I prefer shorter, tighter, quick fire quiz shows where no-one really cares how you earn your money or what you like to do when you have down time.
Are you any good at quizzing is all I want to know!
I'm not 100% with the answer as a question business but other than that brilliant,
The only problem is I now want more Jeopardy! but it has been ages and they haven't bothered to put any more on.

I worked with a guy who was on Jeopardy! ...I felt bad for him as he missed the Final Jeopardy question, by being one year off...We watched the clip at work...I think he guessed 1984 and the answer was 1985 or something...Can't remember the question exactly, I think it was the year a movie or song was released...
-
I really love how it can swing either way so dramatically, so quickly.
Someone can be right out in front and f it up. It's a good show. Here all our Quiz shows have a lot of filler chat between host and guest and the one out and out no nonsense quiz was 15-to-1. Which was superb but they ended it a long time ago. - Show next comments 12 more

that moment when, you play your own game for the 100th time today and don't get back to working on the code, because you are just enjoying it too much!
If this was twatter I would probably be #MightBeOnToSomething
Things seem to be progressing eerily smoothly so no doubt tomorrow my computer will fail, I will break my arm or ...
Well, actually, due to the lockdown there are only so many things that can go wrong. I'm eating, I'm looking after myself. I should just embrace things going well for a change...

Apparently, I am currently a ' Moonsweeper '. That sounds like quite a job, there seems to be an awful lot of dust on the moon!
