Yeah I plan on doing a converter like that when Im done with my USB/PS2 to Macintosh mouse/keyboard converter. I'm actually almost done.

Has anyone tried doing the av mod without removing the RF functionality?

I'm assuming it's necessary to remove it just as when you av mod a Famicom. It's also mentioned in the PDF that mmarcoux66 linked to.

I'm planning on using just a single 4 channel 3.mm headphone jack for AV for a single hole drill.

I used to play Yars Revenge and Centipede all the time when I was a kid. I love those games.
