I'm selling more sneakily rare gaming items!
DeathAdderSF replied to DeathAdderSF's topic in Auction Central
eBay removed it because they're worthless. -

Gamate - rare handheld game system for sale!
DeathAdderSF replied to DeathAdderSF's topic in Auction Central
The funny thing here is that NONE of the replies have even mentioned the Gamate in even slightest detail. -
Wow, I'm selling my Gamate handheld system + 2 games. They're rare as hen's teeth, or some reasonable facsimile thereof. Check it out: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...item=8265739550

Granted. Let's put this topic to bed, ok? I appreciate the help you gave me with the game. I don't know why you choose to disbelieve me, and somehow I doubt that anyone here besides yourself cares how awful I may or may not be at a Lynx game. Now, with that settled - would you care to at least acknowledge that I helped YOU out by answering your question regarding the game's high score ending sequence? Or are you going to continue to be pigheaded about the situation?
-
Hmm ... you could have just said "thanks" for me answering your question about the ending, but of course you chose to completely ignore that and insult me again. Really illustrates your character as a human being. That's apparently something you're AWFUL at (in addition to spelling).
-
Now, now - there's no reason to say that someone is AWFUL (there's no 'e' in the word) at a game just because they are having trouble with it. I understood everything you were saying about the doors not opening unless a bomb fragment is collected, and so on. What I didn't understand is that, upon entering the room with the last boss, you are given the remaining fragments. I was pinned on the idea that you had to collect ALL OF THEM before that battle, not just SOME of them. Ok - so - hey - I gave it another try and viola! Beat the game. Super duper. By the way - I was able to muddle around with the scoring system and produce a very high score at the end of the game, thus answering the question you had posed before (about what kind of ending you get if your score is high enough). The text that is shown after HARD SIMULATION COMPLETE can be seen below, in the screenshots I've posted: So, here I am, telling the world.
-
I'm still trying to locate all of the bomb pieces in Power Factor. Could someone who is more familiar with the game than I am possibly tell me which specific levels that bomb pieces are located on? I'm looking for a definite answer, not just a guess or an approximation. Thanks.

Check this out, peeps: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...item=8258346547 Sega Saturn to the max, yo. Dig it.

Tekken 3 Special for Sega Genesis - Megadrive
DeathAdderSF replied to DeathAdderSF's topic in Auction Central
Toto, I've got a feeling we're not in Brazil anymore. -
Wow, hey! It's the Taiwan original, Tekken 3 Special, for Sega Genesis - Megadrive! Slap me in the face! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...item=8256502348

This is certainly interesting, but I've a few questions before I even consider it: 1). Has official permission been acquired for this game to be produced and sold? 2). Has the game been modified, improved or "completed" (remember, this is a prototype) in any way, shape or form, based on the original source? 3). Why would the game need to cost (at least) $50 per copy? For this price, certainly the game card would be very high-grade, and some instruction manual and professional box would be included? Yes? If it is game card only, or game card and 1-page instruction sheet, a $50 price tag does not make much sense to me. I hope you choose to take the time to properly address these questions of mine. I'm certain that others besides myself would care to hear the answers, as well. Thanks!

I was holding onto this Saturn for a friend, but he quietly decided not to buy it after I held it for him for over a year. So, onto eBay it goes: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...item=8248381609

Hi! Quite a very ambitious project you have there, TailChao. It's already looking graphically impressive, and the animation delivers a high-octane punch. The Lynx can definitely use this and hopefully other projects of this calibur; take your time, pore over the details, and don't listen to what a single person says about "hurrying up and releasing the game" - what the best projects have on their side is love & dedication. Looking forward to what's in store for the future. I'll definitely be on the watch for new updates. Until then, this demo is going to be played, analized and enjoyed for quite a while. Thanks for sharing!

Best home version of Donkey Kong
DeathAdderSF replied to DominiRican05's topic in Classic Console Discussion
The Apple II version of Donkey Kong was the first one I ever experienced, and it has remained my favorite through the test of time. The music+sfx aren't perfect due to the system's limited sound hardware, but the gameplay is very good. It doesn't seem anyone has mentioned the Intellivision version of Donkey Kong. Well, that I'm not surprised about as it is stinkingly lame. Coleco totally screwed us on that one. -
I'm selling a Sega CD + 20 games. Rather cheaply, too. Check it out: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...item=8214926281 My ear hurts.

My interesting & collectable items for sale
DeathAdderSF replied to DeathAdderSF's topic in Auction Central
Oh, don't worry, they are in a safe place. Posting them to the public wouldn't be very gentlemanly of me, now would it? Hmm ... so they get the nudie shots for free, but they have to pay for the toothbrush and panties. Riiiiiiiight. Smooth move, Clean Larry. D'oh! EDIT: ZIP file removed by moderator. Please refrain from posting it or other questionable content again. -
My interesting & collectable items for sale
DeathAdderSF replied to DeathAdderSF's topic in Auction Central
Ok, done. I guess I'll post one here, as well. Note that I don't have a photo of her wearing the panties. All the photos I ever took of her were either of her fully clothed, or ... not. No in-betweens. Sorry. -

Hello. I am selling off my spare Gamate and Supervision handheld game systems, each auction comes with some games also. Gamate and Supervision are two different black and white handhelds that were designed to compete with the original Gameboy, but failed. They are now rather difficult to find and collectable. Anyone interested in vintage handheld games that use cartridge-based games should check these out... Gamate handheld game system + 5 games Supervision handheld game system + 5 games Thanks for looking.

Aquaman has a trident in the Sega Genesis version of the game, but apart from that the character lineup is the same... albeit with completely different graphics / sounds / attacks / music / backgrounds than the Super NES release.

My Lynx auctions (prototypes, systems, etc.)
DeathAdderSF replied to DeathAdderSF's topic in Auction Central
If the same person wins more than one of my auctions, I am certainly not going to charge more than one $5.00 handling fee. Otherwise I'd be a dictator of some kind. The $5.00 handling fee is to cover the packing materials used (I protect the items very well when shipping them), which unfortunately aren't getting any cheaper these days. I never used to do this, in years past, when selling on eBay, but with increased eBay fees and the potential for PayPal fees (when someone pays via credit card), it's now necessary.
