    When they throw Hans under the bus for fraud against a forein government they will send him the 1-Amico they have so that he can keep busy in solitary confinement for the next 10 years. Since the backend does not exist he will have to play solo... I guess that makes him HANS-Solo yuk yuk :D I still cannot believe these grifters are allowed to continue this dumpster project. Someone needs to send Mr. Avocado the link to Mr. Butterfield's C-64 Unboxing, not some charade that they did to grift more money. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J9WnHuGjZ38 Many years ago I bought a plug-&-Play (https://bootleggames.fandom.com/wiki/InterAct) for $3 on Liquidation from Radioshack (The Source in Canada), It has a version of Shark Shark that looks like the AI version, you play it for all of 5 minutes then throw it down. These are all mobile games, & not very good ones at that. If anything this Console & the sub-par games are going to BREAK UP Families!.

    Someone mention GameStop? ? ? I'm in As a Candian 6 hours away from you I can also say that I would be a little surprised, but I do expect to see this in the Walmart glass display cases, also I would also expect to see this in Canadian Toys-R-Us and EBgames "SELECT" locations as well. Thing worthy of note, EB games in Canada= Gamestop Unfortunately due to the Pandemic, I do not see any DEMO stations EVER hitting the floors.

    o.o ? This thing out yet?, just poking my head in here after a surge in posting... I heard on #CUPodcast that shipping is now starting next week, meaning anywhere from this Sunday to Saturday and Atari is going the FIFO shipping method, I guess they gave up on trying to come up with bogus reasons why they are not shipping the orders without controllers. The time of recconing is upon us. The rabbid fans are going to come after all the haterz, or there will be a massive problem and they haterz are going to say "I told you so" I would suggest getting a good amount of snack foods so you dont miss any of the free fine-aged Entertainment and Drama. This is it, New Atari console in the wild, out for anyone to review, no turning back, time to watch e-bay for re-sellers and youtube for real reviews.

    I guess Frederic Chesnais just cannot bring himself to part with all those consoles... perhaps he is a closet hoarder? you never know, I have a family member that suffers from this. Hard to deal with, they just can't let go of WORTHLESS JUNK ? "Farce" seems to sum up this crowdfunder, or Perhaps he is waiting so he can brand this as the new 2021 Atari VCS, i mean only a month away so might as well wait it out.     Well, I guess the only thing I can do to help Atari is to tell some bed time stories to help stall... I mean pass the time until the Joysticks are delivered. Are we sitting snuggly? then let us begin... ☕?? I remember being a kid, playing the NES at K-Mart, it was the best place becuase there was never any line, I clearly remember the Atari XE or XEGS was next to it for sale. I thought to myself "who wants this when they can have a NINTENDO ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM, NOW YOUR PLAYING WITH POWER!" Yea the marketing hype got me It was K-mart because I remember the big can of cooked bacon in the food section, also it was where i was exposed to nudity on TV, someone put Total Recall in the VCR/TV on display and I saw that part with the (. )( . )( .) and I actually thought that this was real... i should sue K-mart for exposing me to false hopes & broken dreams Anyhoo what was this post about? oh yea Atari's VCS, yea thats it... you know, I kinda liked the look of the XE with the Pastel buttons, looks like macaroons. If you make it black it would look like a modern game console with all those lines.

    ^ Good NEWS!! Everyone, the thing you paid for that had been delayed for years is finally might be getting assembled to ship to you! We just need to shuffle some more papers until we actually get the item, then we can begin shipping! But dont you worry, we have plenty of dark matter around here ??? because it smells like that all the time at Atari! so our space ship will be able to get your VCS to your door in light speed once we get a notice that we might get the delivery time for the Joysticks

    ^ Problem is that there are so many simmilar games out there now, in some cases probably 10 free ones on mobile. Rollercoaster Tycoon = Planet Coaster Black Widow = Smash! T.V Haunted House = Any "Escape" type game on mobile.. and I have played MANY!!! The best ones were fre on Android from HAIKU games... even the crappy no-name-studio ones were good to pass the time, these were free! The way I see it, only the people that have a vested interest in Atari will pay for these games, most casual players will just play a clone and be satisfied. Let us take a Rubik's cube as an example, My Dollar store sells these things for, yup $1, for most people just curious, that is plenty, only for those wanting to dive deep into the hobby/sport excercise they will pay the $10 for the original. Funny, the $1 cubes are sold next to the Fidget cube knock offs that used to go for $20!

    Perhaps Atari should look into creating a theme park for the Atari brand like Nintendo is doing. But instead of bright colorful rides, this theme park has seedy and sketchy looking inhabitants ? ready and willing to pick pocket and shank you for a dollar. And dont you DARE fall asleep in the hotels before checking under the bed first, or its right up the crack-pipe for you! ? Just like the Atari in real life!
