  1. He must have flunked out of ECU.
  2. Most all of the furniture comes from here in Hickory, or from High Point, NC. You can have it shipped from here cheaper than buying it anywhere. We have literally thousands of factory outlets, and the Hickory Furniture Market.
  3. I found out about it from my brother who has lived in Omahell since the mid eighties. He said owning B stock gets you all the "perks" but I have no proof of that. I DO know owning B stock gets you an invite to Warren's annual shareholder meeting. He speaks for about an hour about investing etc., then they throw a huge party.
  4. Mine is tempermental as well. Soul Calibur won't load certain arenas at all, others are VERY slow. I've tried 2 copies of Jet Grind Radio that lock up as well. None of these discs appear to have ANY scratches on them. I have also adjusted the laser with no improvement.
  5. I heard there is a "B" stock available now which is valued at 1/10 of 1 share. I believe you still get all the perks for owning one, including Warren's yearly shareholders meeting/dinner.
  6. Then I should buy a genuine Nintendo pak? The aftermarket ones aren't as good?
  7. Well, the reason I asked is I still have to purchase one. Any options other than ebay? The local Gamestop/EB games do not carry them. Thanks for the help!
  8. I know which games use it, but can it be left in for use with any game, or do I need to swap the original out for other games? This has probably been answered somewhere, but I couldn't find it. Thanks for the help!
  9. Are they microsoft brand? I'm pretty sure I read that wireless do not and it seems to make sense considering how much it would wear on the batteries. Microsoft is not licensing any wireless controllers to any 3rd parties until 2007. Only wired controllers are available 3rd party.
  10. My wireless controllers have force feedback.
  11. Moycon, Did you get your 360 yet? If so how does the HD look? Wireless controllers OK?
  12. Actually IMHO the biggest argument for consoles is HDTV, and digital surround sound. I doubt handhelds will ever be able to replicate those well. The small screen can have high res, but can't match that 60" experience.
  13. I think portables too. I've seen the mainstream switch to laptops from desktops over the last 10 years. With wireless networking so common, processors getting more compact and powerful, and lcd screens getting better and cheaper, portables will rule the future.
  14. I was starting to wonder if my attempt at humor was THAT bad!
  15. for Valentines day I got her a 17 inch one for the bedroom 1027806[/snapback] I bet she LOVED that
  16. The wireless 360 controllers are excellent!! I've had some garbage wireless controllers in the past as well. I would definately buy the premium bundle for the extra $100, even if you have to wait. Also, I feel that HD is the biggest improvement in graphics. I set mine to 480i on my bigscreen and the graphics looked pretty rough, but in HD--1080i, hell even 480p they look fantastic!
  17. Actually, I'm surprised Sony hasn't lowered their PS2 price to $99 already. It would make the most business sense right now. The PS3 has been delayed, the 360 is out, so the xbox is losing support. It would fill the gap waiting for PS3 to come out...maybe snag some new gamers away from spending big money on the 360...especially with the shortage of them.
