  1. Sorry for the thread resurrection, but I have distinct memories of the Sears Telegames kiosk circa 1982. I distinctly remember when I was in Petersburg, VA, and wandering around in the summertime, I found a mall that had a Sears in it, as a lot of malls did back in the day. I walk in just grateful for the respite from the summer heat, and as I always did in a department store, I always went to the toy department to see what they had. Imagine my shock, amazement and sheer delight when I discovered a fully functioning Telegames kiosk which had every Sears/Atari game in it to play. in 1982, there were quite a few games available for the 2600/Telegames, and they were the full games. That first day I must have played the machine for two or three hours, going through the games. I am sure someone here can tell me exact numbers, but with the select button you could cycle through dozens of games, and lord knows I did. For the duration of my time down there I would go to that Sears every day.
