Figured out my problem, it's the TV. Switched to a CRT and the games work perfectly. Crazy to think that my older LCD TV won't display some games properly. Guess I'm going back to it, just need a splitter to merge Atarivox and game audio together. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk

Thanks, hopefully this is a fix to the problem. Got another request for you. Either have the offline rom folder be server side tar compression or perhaps give people a way to select a rom from the public folder and make it available for offline. Instead of a one file flash maybe have them select the ones they want and then give them and option to flash said ROMs. I think that would be a good idea as where folks don't have to use the firmaplus website/app on their device and make their own compressed file for flashing.

Is it possible to have the firmware download to the cart and then give an option to install after. My internet is horrible tonight, maybe too many keep playing on the network while quarantining themselves or something. Anyways I tried to update to the latest version and the system locked up, left it there for 30 mins and then had to pull it out of the cart shell to flash it via the computer because the cart wouldn't boot. Was just wondering if there was a way to keep bricking from happening during a firmware upgrade.

Love the idea of smaller font and perhaps even boxart. To me the menu is bare bones but it gets the job done.

What I love about you guys is your ability to think forward and give this cart way more ability than a standard Uno cart. My hopes is that it eventually gets all compatibility of the Harmony but I'm stretching I know.

I had/have the same problem but work at it. I expect to jump like Mario or something but it takes a different tactic. I press jump while hitting left or right as opposed to jump and arching that jump in the direction I want. As I play I get frustrated and mumble about those dang coconuts! Any tips or tricks to the stage where Zeek gets an extra man level? I can jump over the animals for points and when I try and jump over the cage? It makes a noise and I bounce back. I did manage to jump over it once but bounce off most times. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk

I uploaded Penult demo 6 to the new homebrew category, I didn't realize it was compatible and had it listed as such. Looks like I'm finally going to try this one on real hardware instead of emulation. 😊

I put the new Cubis in homebrew/A-D/ I'll test it when I get home. I will try Penult agan when I get home as well, if it does work I'll move it to new homebrew folder.

I use a light sixer and an using the new Plus Cart which runs off modified uno cart software. When I first got the cart mine didn't work, Al Nafuur here on the forums had to make a tweak to the software because it seems my system starts up faster than the cart has time to load, like the two are not in sync upon boot. I've been doing a lot of reorganizing in the public roms, trying to make it easier to navigate and the latest roms are updated everyday even though compatibility isn't there yet. Anyone else who has a Plus Cart could you please get with me and help me with testing. I picked up a few Activision carts from my local retro shop and none worked right out the gate. I cleaned with running e alcohol and that seemed to do the trick but took a few times. They tend to be more finicky after 40 years than my other carts, probably due to the thinner pcb they mentioned. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk

I have a Tac-2 with a bad cord, contemplating getting a new db9 plug but I had a gentleman offer to send me a cord so I could just wire it up and go. Everything went smoothly but my down doesn't work. Everything else works fine except the down. I know the tac-2's are unusual where the opposite wire is the direction due to the style of construction. So my question is, where am I going wrong? I've double checked my connections, made sure they were tight, the ground wire had to be tweaked and soldered due to my cord coming from a regular atari model controller. I use a Sears light 4 switch but my favorite is the Vader 4 switch from my childhood.

I'll try this my laptop. I primarily use 2600.emu to run roms before they get put on my Harmony. Using a smartphone more often that a PC it's a convenience thing. Glad to see someone else dedicating themselves to 2600 emulation. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
