My DS2ICE has too short a cable to daisy-chain my 1541 ... Anyone know of anyone selling extender cables? I have the C64 Wifi Modem designed by FOTOMAN.

I am looking to buy a C64 terminal emulator on disk. Have the ESP-32 based modem and want to be able to do easy file transfer via X/Y Modem.

Just want to confirm the answer that any standard 3 prong PC power cable will work with the standard 1541 drive.

Seems to have resolved in an odd way. I ordered a KeeLog.com aftermarket PSU and I tried the cartridges with the new PSU and they worked fine. Coincidence or voltages problem? The KeeLog.com PSU is quite advanced, with a small OLED display with details about power usage by the computer. Has my recommendation.

Bought a new addition to my classic computer collection, the requisite Commodore 64. It appears to be almost fully functional, boots and BASIC is there. However it refuses to boot with a cartridge inserted. Anyone encountered this problem before? My initial guess is stress on the connector cracked the solder connections over the years of inserting and removing cartridges.

Machine is stock, so far I am not finding the Terminal emulator 2 ROM in the ones I already have or the lists here on the forum.

Have a joystick adapter and two modern Atari joysticks from a Flashback. Powered up my TI today and the up direction does not work, tried both sticks on both ports. Any tips on testing the adapter and the console? Any common cap or resistor failure that I can check for? Thanks.

Anyone have a link to where to buy the correct power adapter for the nanoPEB? So happy I got one when they briefly appeared on Ebay last week, now need to power it up! :-) I checked the manual PDF: ----------- nanoPEB-SIO is designed to plug into the console’s expansion port but requires an external power supply of 5 volts. The connector is 2.1mm and center pole is positive. The power supply MUST be regulated. ----------- But not listing the AMP rating, I want to be sure I get the correct power supply.

Too bad you did not work at TI in the 80's. In some parallel universe this was the box that kept TI computers alive. I soooo want one!!!!
