  1. This looks like an internal one. It is well drafted but all the values and part numbers are all hand printed. It is a PDF file that was pieced together from several large pages. Here it is. ICD MIO Schematic
  2. One of the many people I contacted to get my MIO fix did have a scan of the schematic for the MIO. I can post it if anyone is interested.
  3. Tom Harker was the owner/founder of ICD. If you go to www.icd.com, there is still a website there that is mantained by Rockriver.net, the company Tom currently works at, though it is there just for information purposes only and none of the e-mail links work. I was looking for someone to fix my 256K MIO I have and stumbled on the ICD site and tried to e-mail someone from it, which came back. I then noticed that the site was mantained by Rockriver.net so I sent them an e-mail asking if they still supported the ICD site. To my supprise, I got an e-mail back from Tom himself. Tom, back around '94 sold all the ICD rights to a company called Fine Tooned Engineering. Here is an exerpt from the e-mail: When I got in contact with another person in regards to the MIO and mentioned to him about the e-mail from Tom, he was shocked, saying that Tom usually does not communicate with anyone since the problems with the Catbox orders. Here is an excerpt from his e-mail: It sounds to me, at the very end with the crash of the Atari market, that Tom was trying to get revenue to build the Catbox's by doing pre-orders but the company still went under in the process. I, myself, have probably 85-90% of the products that ICD made during that time and all, except the MIO, still work great. I just recently set up an Atari 800XL system running SpartaDos X and the R-Time 8 cartridge. The R-Time 8 had a dead battery so I bought a coin cell battery holder and installed it on the R-Time 8 board and replaced the battery. It now works as new and the battery is easily changed out. It's also post Y2K compliant. Go figure for something made in the 80's!! I hope this sheds some light on the ICD subject.
  4. I nabbed the Star Raiders II cartridge. I have it on disk but would be much nicer to play it from the cart.

    ICD RamboXL

I actually have 3 800xl's with Rambo upgrades. I am planning on taking one of them out and installing it in my 1200xl. It would be better if I could find another Rambo but the switch will do. I can always built a project upgrade for the 800xl if needed. Thanks for the link to the instructions!!!
  6. Click on the link below. I have posted ATR files of Rambrandt, Rambrandt 2 and Rambrandt Utilities. I hope this helps Atari Files

I am looking for an ICD RamboXL memory upgrade. Any info would be great. Thanks!!! Also, if someone has installation instructions for a RamboXL they could scan and send me, it would be greatly appreciated.
  8. Well, I was set to bid enough on the Ebay one to assure a win but had a glitch during the bid. Soooooooooo....... Still looking for an ICD MIO. If anyone has a line on one or has one they want to sell, I am willing to go more that the $210.00 the Ebay one sold for.
  9. I'll see what I have. I have the Atari Touch Tablet with the AtariArtist cartridge. I think I have a utility to dump the cartridge to a file. If so, I'll let you know.
  10. I am looking for a ICD MIO board to replace mine that no longer works. Anyone who could point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Adam
