  2. I have a couple machines we use. First look at the disk. If there is a scratch on the top (label side) its going to be unrepairable. If you don't understand why take a AOL disk an scratch the top with a key and then look at the bottom and you'll be able to figure it out. Adam
  3. Err mine doesn't have the wires either. He does have a supersized picture of the backside. Can anyone tell by looking at it if an eprom was put here by hand. Be terrible if it was a fraud. He even used a protective shield so we wouldn't see it was an eprom.

  9. Marco my strip holds 20. The stickers are on one side only. I guess your strip was cut in half ? My stickers are also starting to come loose.
  10. Don't do it people. These would as easy to copy as a Beagle Bros cart.
  11. from the instructions on page 1 from the instructions on page 8
  12. Ok I found it. 1 long strip of 20 stickers 2 Maps (identical) 2 overlays (one 6switch one 4switch) instructions and Addition/Subtraction card
  13. You know there were 2 maps right? I see one pictured. Well there were also stickers for those maps. They go inside the dots. Adam errr now I have to go dig it out. I think there was more than this.
  14. Eli's Ladder also had overlays that went on the Atari 2600 (much like Space Shuttle)
  15. The fees are high because they CAN charge that much. The have the best auction site going and they know it. Until a "sellers union" is formed (haha good one) you can expect to only see them increase year after year. If they could charge sellers an extra nickle they would. Fee avoidance has no bearing on their price structure. I wouldn't be suprized if sellers would one day have to pay a yearly fee "for the saftey of the online community" I agree. I'll save my emotions for people trying to get over on other collectors. I see something like this and I chuckle. Yes, one day all his auctions will be pulled and his account will be suspended. He will get what is coming to him with or without any of our help. What is he thinking? How someone wouldn't realize he is gunna get it in the end for trying this esp one who has been doing ebay for that long is beyond me. Still I wouldn't get so heated as to call the guy a @$$#o!3. No more so than I would get upset over someone I never met J-walking in Boise Idaho. I want to know who here is so upset with this guy they wouldn't bid the BIN on a complete Air Raid for $1 with $49.00 shipping on the principle alone.
  16. I never knew we had so many Ebay stockholders amoung us. Who cares if he is trying to get over on eBay? Funny thing is, a few weeks ago there was a thread complaining about Ebay's outragous fees? Make up your minds
  17. Any other controlers from this article on your want list? http://www.atarimagazines.com/cva/v1n1/joysticks.php Adam
  18. More specificlly D-Zyne Video Products 64 Dayton Rd. Waterford, CT 06385 (203) 443-8354
  19. Wiz, How do you keep your feedback rating so high. Do you back down to all "idiot bidders" and give them whatever they want to avoid negative feedback or have you just been lucky and not encountered any? I hate selling on Ebay. For me it was one big hassle. I prefer the newsgroups auction days of selling. <sigh> No going back now. Adam
  20. If you forward THAT to the buyer he is sure to cancel the bid. AND THEN guess who is high bidder. So its up to you what you want to do. Unless it was a killer deal I'd stay clear. Auctions that start like off "strange" have a tendancy to only get worse. Adam
  21. Yes I know... I'm just doing my part to stimulate the US economy. Adam
  22. Thanks guys, I was very happy with the results here. I've wanted one of these for some time. Adam
  23. Secrets out. Now we know how CPUwiz gets all the good ebay deals.
