Man that brought back memories. The Easy Script and Paperclip word processors also helped me get through my high school term papers in the early 80's thankfully. I'm thinking about getting a C64 with a couple of floppy drives and the XE1541 data transfer cable to play some of the classics on the big screen. Cool memories!

This is an interesting post since I was following those auctions too. When I see Boxed/Mint Colecovisions I'll usually just bid $100 now - and of course lose. I did manage to get a bargain back about 5 or 6 years ago when I won one for $100 - mint, NIB. That was before ebay became the fashionable, somewhat abused, and basically overpriced forum it has become.
