  1. It's funny how the loudest in the thread are those that are being far more obnoxious than Brad is said to be.
  2. I've been looking also, Trying to not have to bodge two cables into one. It appears from my search that 250mm is the longest that can be found premade. @Simius do you have any other ideas or sources to get a longer premade cable? As a last resort I could try ordering parts to make my own, but I don't know how they would come out.
  3. I ended up swapping them out for a similar part number. Exact same ferrite bead but the leads are pre bent a little shorter, I can just adjust those manually. I should have looked at digikey first though DOH
  4. My understanding was there was going to be another run. Have you messaged Panos directly?
  5. I was surprised when it went up at how cost effective it is. Even fully loaded with a FujiNet, case and SIO adapter it's a steal.
  6. https://thebrewingacademy.com/collections/myteks-576nuc-atari-computer the ordering links for the 576NUC+ are up so you can get an idea of cost, they will go live soon. I'm biased as I am on the beta team for this device but for the cost I don't think it can be beat for a modern solution using original chips. As for the 1050 that's going to be a little more difficult if you really want to use real disks. If not then get the NUC with the FUJINET option and you should be good to go.
  7. I didn't even think about the DVI piece for the Sophia. I wish I had thought about that when I purchased the other parts. I was just going to use the board that came with the Sophia but it would be a lot neater to use the on board traces. It also sucks Digikey has one part and Mouser the other. Separate orders here we come LOL Thanks for the links though, they are super helpful
  8. Looking good! Where did you source the cart/eci slots? And where did you get that neat mat under the board?
  9. I figured as long as you were not needing to go out to VGA it would be good. Thanks for the confirm.
  10. Finally installed my second SOPHIA and wanted to hook it to the same monitor my first machine is using. The first one is on the HDMI input so I was going to hook the second one direct to DVI and ran in to this exact problem, the input is only DVI-D... So DUMB question I can just use a DVI-I to DVI-D cable correct? I'm assuming the analog signals are only required if going to VGA for example?
  11. Actually I was thinking of a different Telegames release. I prefer the later label on Breakout 2000 as I think it looks more professional. That said the fact still remains some people prefer the original run.
  12. Purchased an arduboy and it arrived safe and sound!!!!
  13. The later editions have generic labels mostly. Some people prefer one from the original run.
  14. Holy crap that is beautiful. I am not supposed to be buying any new stuff right now but I think I have to have that.
  15. Yeah I think the meaning has relaxed somewhat over time
  16. He got two awesome monitors for free just by going to the dentist, that seems very lucky with no apparent effort LOL
  17. This is the problem with just getting my GD, I keep forgetting what is available as a download. Time to head to Orion's webstore.
  18. As a Brit I have to say "you jammy git"
  19. Looking forward to receiving this. I have everything else ready to go
  20. Yeah that indicates to me you can probably get at least double that. Maybe put it up with a reserve and see where it goes.
