I was in the same dilemma but as i only intend to play the original range of games on my 2600 i settled on the UNO. The Harmony (with its extra hardware) is appropriate for original games and the newer home-brew, I have no need of the extra hardware so the UNO is fine for my need also the price point fits me too.
