And it's finished. A great game when broken down into 10 floor segments. 120 floors + 4hrs play in one sitting when you can game over in an instant's a bit much for me and saving after every stage kinda defeats the purpose so this '10 floors beaten in 1 sitting then save' was a best of both worlds

The vid is just me flicking between 2 pictures to show the differences in the sprites between st.1 & st.3. People obviously notice the background changes
but not many seem to have noticed that the sprites are re-coloured too

I'm playing through Joy Joy Kid / Puzzled 10 floors at a time before making a save and then moving on to the next stage as a full 1 coin clear of both loops of the game takes about 4 hours and you can game over in an instant with just 1 or 2 mistakes and there's no way I'm restarting 2.5hrs in every time something goes wrong. Feel free to drop by and see how it's getting on. I'm currently up to the 2nd stage of the 2nd loop, about 2 hours into the game

It's certainly worth getting for free Anthony and hopefully the bugs get fixed. The museum has lots of good info and art and the base games are still as good as ever. I'd be very wary about spending money of any of the incoming PC / Console ports until this Epic Store one gets fixed though

The Collection currently has massive issues with online play and I've had it crash a couple of times too. All games default to Level 2 difficulty instead of the correct Level 4 for some reason but that's easy to change. The offline games are still as good as ever and it's free from the Epic Game Store for a week or two so grab it there if you want to try out SSV Perfect and own good ports of the other games that will hopefully get their online modes fixed soon
